The moral heart of this nation was maintained on life support by the blues. Storied blues on a resonator guitar has birthed so many other genres of music. The suffering worried souls of this world live on through this music. Buffalo can remind people we are a river of blood, sweat and tears...a river of so many souls with more in common than not...awash in this thing called life. All the music I ever loved was born of the blues...mountain blues and delta blues and American blues and African blues...thanks Buffalo, you touched this old soul.
