He's holed up in the old Portland Works in Sheffield. It was going to be pulled down for flats until there was an outcry. Harry Brearley developed his 'rustless steel' there. It must be weird working with all that history around him. I think a lot of his gear comes from the old mesters. @@TheMartialist
YES! You finally got one! And a damn nice one, too. These are really nice knives, and for the price, they're 'budget' customs. There's a 75% chance that steel is 01 and a 25% chance it's C70. Both are decent carbon steels, but 01 is considerably tougher. Enjoy that knife, friend. I'm happy for you! Cheers!
