They both look awesome. I feel verbal judo and walking away is always best. Do these items seen in this video feel comfortable in your pockets though? I have been too traditional with the rounded saps and now thinking on expanding my options.

That first “K bar” was really cool… never seen that one before… To me a small to medium fixed blade is the only knife I would ever carry when it comes to self defense… can’t risk a mechanical failure with a folder or spring assisted… I’ve really grown to like a full size handle with a 2-3 inch blade… carry it behind the back or on the left side of my waist opposite my gun… I still have folders and spring assisted knives I carry from time to time in my pocket but those are more my utility knives for every day stuff

I'm hopeful that 2025 will be a good year, but preparing it for to be rough. I hope you have a great New Years regardless. I'm a big fixed blade fan myself. Usually have one to the left of my appendix carried firearm when I'm off. When I'm at work I've got a TDI behind the pistol mag holder on my belt and a SOCP behind the rifle mag pouch on my plate carrier.

Love me a good fixed blade, especially stag and carbon steel. Do u have any discontinued ColdSteel blades?

No metal knucks have been proven after hitting very hard materials with them on with no paint to hands or major damage to knucks. Cheap, disposable unlike being robbed by some of these knuckle makers

I always carry one in my wallet 😊 in a shtf situation you can transform it as fixed blade if you pinch the scales 😊

I'm no expert but I believe corrosion on brass does not behave like rust on steel and iron, it stays bonded to the brass underneath, whereas rust has different properties from steel and detaches from the piece.

Yea my father in law has one and ive always like it, decided to get one and found this out. Got lucky though and found two at an old gas station that sells case knives with black micarta scales $70 a piece brand new made in 2018
