@@symantha4507 Any white paint would do it (except watercolour), but you gotta use a small round brush so that the dots will appear as, well, dots.

Here's a honest review after actually trying it
1)it took about 3hrs to make (if ur a beginner like me)😅
2)I messed up in drawing the stars with correction pen ....u may think it is
damn easy but trust me u need to do it carefully.
3)remove the masking tape slowing u don't want to tear the whole paper and cry for hrs that ur hard work got wasted

1/2 hr only...dear and your paper tear off because when using oil pastels...u need to use smooth paper, on that colors will flow like easy....yeah and paper will never tear off...:).........for more check out ...#easybreezyoilpastelpaintings...:)))
