Zendaya Shines at Wimbledon: Blonde, Preppy, and Stressed

Zendaya, whose name is now closely linked with tennis due to her hit film Challengers released in April, took her character's love for the sport to another level this weekend. She was seen at Wimbledon, appearing particularly stressed.
Among tennis enthusiasts, celebrities, and Londoners, Zendaya was photographed on Saturday, July 12, at Wimbledon - the oldest and most prestigious tennis competition in the world. The actress was donning Ralph Lauren while watching the women's final match at the All England Tennis and Croquet Club. Saturday was the second-to-last day of the 13-day competition.
Zendaya's blonde, curly hair was styled in a chic, messy bun, showcasing her elegant pearl earrings. Keeping with the formal dress code, she wore a pale blue button-up shirt and tie with a Ralph Lauren tweed blazer. She completed the preppy look with a Louis Vuitton handbag and dark blue trousers.
Unlike her Challengers character Tashi Duncan, Zendaya was not watching two men who were in love with her compete on the tennis court - but she looked just as stressed. In multiple photos, Zendaya appeared completely engrossed in the match, as seen by her highly relatable facial expressions.
The movie Challengers marked Zendaya's first leading role in a film, focusing on a love triangle involving her character, Art, and Patrick, played by Mike Faist and Josh O'Connor. She embraced the sport for the movie, wearing tennis-themed outfits throughout the press tour, including a dress with the movie's poster. She even attended the BNP Paribas Open final in Indian Wells, California, in March, alongside her boyfriend Tom Holland.
Zendaya has been spending more time in London recently, supporting Holland as he performs on the West End in Romeo & Juliet. The couple were seen holding hands and leaving the Duke of York's Theatre in May before the show's opening. Zendaya has been spotted leaving the theater multiple times, giving Holland his moment with fans.
It seems she took a break this weekend to enjoy some tennis without Holland and continue the Challengers theme.
