The closest translation in terms of meaning that is used here would be "mature". In other words, in Korean, "moist woman" refers to a capable and independent woman

I was today years old when I found out you reacted to IU! Before Wheein (and Mamamoo) climbed to my ult bias spot, I was a hardcore IU stan (still am 😍). My friend and I even wrote a song - just a casual hobby - and sampled IU’s Palette. Palette was my jam when I was 25! And to think Wheein also wrote a song called 25 lol I think I have a thing for age related songs 😂 before MMMTV, I was all about IUTV ahh the memories! Now I have more Brandon vids to watch!

At 23 you can feel unsure about your identity but by 25 she's much more certain of herself since she's matured. Now, before heading into eight, quick backstory: between 2017 & 2019 three of IU's really close friends, all of whom are famous kpop idols themselves, sadly committed suicide. Two of them in particular received a lot of horrible comments through the internet/social media as well as the tabloid press which really impacted their mental health. As far as I know IU hasn't said that the lyrics are specifically about them but it is the most commonly accepted interpretation amongst fans. There's also references to the friends in the MV as well. The song itself is a bop though so hope you enjoy it 😊
