    Sir now in new gurgaon and near dwarka expressway, plots are coming in gated society having parts and other amenties

    But so true. Also add Ardee City to the list of such places. Sir agreed with all your points safety, security, better pricing, club house that they would provide vs builder floor in these locations. My personal opinion is that these branded builders cannot just beat 1 point where Sushant lok, DLF, huda sectors, Ardee has an edge and that is "Location" - connectivity with central Ggn, Delhi, metro, Highway etc. And that's a big point!
