    Ha! I like the way you took the Suzuki on the outside. I used to do that to Harleys on my Norton.

    G’day and greetings from Tasmania Australia 🇦🇺 this bought back some great memories of when I owned a RGS 1000 and it was a very sad day when I had to part company with it. I’m 65 now and have health problems could never ride again but I always watch TH-cam on bike videos . Take care every one John

    What a glorious sound , an amazing motorcycle ...at times the SFC sounds like a 'Spitfire' ...Oh wondrous magic to behold ! I adore this bike . I think there were only 549 ever built ( need to win the lottery ) !!!

    Great video, thank you. A shame that Piaggio absorbed Laverda in 2004 and they no longer produce them. What a fantastic motorcycle.

      A great video indeed. I'm glad this SFC gets ridden in anger like it's supposed to.
      The saddest thing about Laverda is that they're not the only great name that got axed. That's what big companies like Piaggio do best - absorbing the best brands in the business and making a mockery out of them (see Lancia-branded American land yachts and GMs repeated attempts to deprive Saab of its heart and soul). They even had the nerve to stick the name 'Laverda' on a cheap Chinese-made scooter... Hopefully one day someone with a big wad of cash will step up and revive the Breganze factory and build gentlemen's road racers worthy of the Laverda name. If I ever win the lottery I might do just that.

      Totally agree. A truly great marque gone to waste. Great engineering from Braganza- so sad they’re gone. I was once lucky enough to live the dream; Guzzi Le Mans, Lab’ SF2 and a Hailwood Rep’ in the garage. Fantastic days never to be repeated. Thank God Fiat didn’t completely kill Alfa.

    Why do the top triple trees have mounts for handlebars? The SFC came with clip ons

      The SFC was delivered with clip ons and with mounts for handlebars. Both is correct for that model. I have no information, why Laverda did it that way.

      @@laverdel Top triple mount is the same as the SF. Laverda excelled in many things....making big $$ was never one of them unfortunately.

      Good question! Perhaps because it gives a good feeling - not to stress the transmission.

      Non direi clone....visto che la 750 sfc Laverda aveva tutt'altra architettura di motore e di telaio!!! Erano ambedue motociclette simboliche certamente....un vero peccato che la Laverda non fosse stata supportata ed aiutata nella sua attività imprenditoriale.....!!!! Lo stato aveva da "sponsorizzare"ben altre persone ed imprese mangiasoldi.....disastri le cui conseguenze ricadono tristemente su tutti noi a distanza di 30-40 anni.....
