GOODNESS! This is all one needs to do what they’d like to do. You did not stutter or utter any of the ways this is done. I’m very impressed to say the least. And this reminds me of what I personally used in the beginning that we’ve somehow moved far away from. The ‘White Powder’, and when I would receive most of the compliments in regard to my makeup. With the question being, what did I do differently.
I started looking up as I apply my undereye concealer and setting powder after you mentioned it a long time ago and now I automatically do it. It might be the best tip I've ever received that affects my finished look in a positive way.
I’m going to recommend this video for my friends just getting into makeup. I started my makeup journey about two years ago, still learning but definitely better. And I’ve been watching your videos during that time; this breakdown was great for newbies and reinforcing what I’ve learned/figured out up to this point.
Love you! My friend has a daughter whose daughter has a beautiful dark complexion and she loves to come over and hang out with me. One of her favorite things to do is play with my makeup and I’m trying to get some products that fit her gorgeous complexion.
I love 💕 your tutorial for beginners. It’s been awhile since I’ve worn makeup on a regular. This helps to get me back into my routine. Being a Dark skinned woman with mature skin, ( even though you’re not!) you addressed some areas that I have some minor issues with and can work on . Love your channel ! ❤
Thank you for all your tips. Its definitely helping us dark girls see what works best. Keep it coming, im getting so much more confident with these tutorials!
I'm here to say thank you for teaching me such life changing techniques. I did not know about wetting the sponge, that alone just made my foundation look so clean. Beating the face to blend was also something I learned from you.. My makeup now looks so neat when I do it. Looking up when doing under eyes is just genius Thank you thank you thank you.
Girl, you weren't kidding that base is on lock. Watching this video was not only highly informative but also soothing. I felt like I was receiving a mind massage😊. I'm saving this for future reference and headed to your eyebrow tutorial. Thanks a bunch💐💐.
Ohemaa this was an absolute MASTERCLASS in makeup application. You showed each step and everything was clearly explained. You made it so uncomplicated and the end result was stunning as always. I love the fact that you don’t overact and just have a straightforward, calm and easy manner. I am going to put all of these tips you gave into practice starting tomorrow. You are GORGEOUS!!
Another amazing Makeup 101 class, with the slay all day Professor Ohemaa!! Love it!! God's blessings shower down on you, your family, and your brand continually in abundance 💜☦🕊🥰💖
As a dark skinned myself, I saved so much money on foundation, since blemishes and imperfections are hidden already in my face. I just need to highlight. I don’t need contour as well, I reverse contour 😅 my make up budget is mostly for colors and eye products
I have a more round soft heart shaped face, will the top of the ear and blend down for the contour still work for my face shape? Or is it only for certain face shapes. Basically I'm asking can everyone use that same method. Thank you for the video. Love you, your beautiful skin and your accent 🥰💚 Also you forgot to link the brush set you were using. Can you do a video on the best affordable dense blending brushes for foundation and concealer?
My question is the SPF, do you ever reapply so I'm thinking you reapply over your makeup whereas I noticed you apply before makeup. I know sometimes I'm out and know I need reapplying, what doyou think about this?
I'm a light-skinned queen but my dark-skinned queens be killing it skin so chocolate and glowing looking flawless❤❤❤
Yassss! Love how you keep the chocolate girls informed 🫶🏾
I love how you really explain in detail why you do each step/what it does! This is an amazing tutorial, espeically for beginners. :D

@@Ohemaa I'm sorry! I sat on the phone. Is the sponge still wet? When you use the power.

I’m still using chaffing gel as my primer from back in the day day. It mattifies and blurs.
Oldie but goodie 👍🏽

I think about it yes. Do I do it? Nope! I’m currently in search of a spray spf.
So primer goes on after your spf?
What blush did you use for the color correction
It’s the elf brick blush. It’s tagged in the video and description
Brush set link????
Well what color eyeshadow is that you are wearing???
It’s the very dark shade from this beauty bay palette. 🎨- go.magik.ly/ml/24cr0/
