Thanks for telling me to play ULTRAKILL, it was unsurprisingly a REALLY fun experience. I planned on playing it at some point but I was thinking about waiting for the full release, now I'm going to have to sit around waiting for more content! I really wanted to P-rank the prime sanctums and go as hard as possible at cyber grind but I think I can easily make an entire video out of themselves, so if you'd like that, let me know!
Overall, 10/10 Game, 10/10 Completionist (Really well thought out challenges, and AMAZING secrets).
Going to be doing consistent uploads these coming weeks so if you enjoyed, stick around for the future of the content. The next game will be a two-parter due to the insane length of it but, many of you have requested it so I think you will enjoy!

this guy is so good, he got to p-2 without knowing the most op mechanics and not even knowing that dashing through shockwaves and projectiles makes you invincible. im rlly grateful to have had a ultrakill pro as a brother to teach me all the mechanics

Had to teach myself almost every thing, aside from coin mechanics. I used my knowledge of folklore to know exactly how to skip the Ferryman boss though. I had the coin gun and remembered "Oh yeah, the Ferryman takes coins" so I tried it and it worked. So satisfying.

There are 2 types of P ranks, Pizza Tower’s, and Ultrakill’s, and we all know which is harder.
Pizza Tower, up until the prime sanctums appear... 😅. Also, I imagine when this game get's its full release and the hardest difficulty comes out it'll be absolutely terrifying.

After learning how to consistently parry his attacks, Minos Prime feels easier than Gabriel, The Apostate Of Hate
cuz you prob fought Minos prime x10 more than gabriel
@@Exerium0 took me 14 tries in total to p rank p-1 and 10 tries in total to beat it, took me 18 tries to beat 6-2 and 2 more tries to p rank it. I have only played minos like 4 more times after, beating him each time. While Gabriel is way harder for me, I played him twice before beating him once. I think it's just my playstyle - im also very bad at ULTRAKILL.
TLDR: It took me less tries to p rank minos than to beat 6-2

@@RRCBLUEabriel's pattern is harder to learn, and people just use ctrl to avoid his attacks wich makes him easier than Minos.
You can actually beat Minos in your sleep once you know his attacks, it's insane. Gabriel 2 can at least catch you off guard often.
Though he is still harder to heal from and harder to deal damage to than Gabriel 2.

The fact you got this far and havent explored any of the deeper mechanics of the game, starting with the fundamental Projectile Boost is absolutely crazy to me. For starters, punch immediately after shooting your shotgun. Trust me.

I have some tips and weird/cool things that you can do in this game:
-coins reflect ALL hitscan attacks. From the player or an enemy
-you can shoot shotgun core ejects for a more powerful red explosion. You can also shoot rocket to make them explode but with no red explosion. shoot a core eject with the red railcannnon and well...
-shoot your shotgun and punch almost instantly after, just do it :)
-if an attack flashes yellow/is an projectile* it parable. Parrying give you all of your health and stamina back and is stylish as fuck B)
-blue nails/saws do slightly more damage (doesnt make much of a difference)
-coins have a window 1/3 of a second after throwing them where if you shoot it with the stock revolver the shot will split and hit two enemies. The split window can also be achieved if you let the coin fall for about a seconds
-you can parry saw to send them in the opposite direction (no additional damage)
-look up railcoining on youtube (i cannot explain it through text. also you do not need to know this to Prank anything)
-rockets will be attached to magnet but only if attached to an enemy
-perform a blood sacrafice to a dark god of your choice to lead you the will and strength to P ranks P-2

Blue nails and saws actually make a world of difference. For example, with a grey saw you can't even kill a stray in one shot. Blue saws will do that easily. Same with nails. Blue nails will obliterate Maurice and hideous mass compared to normal nails. The overheat compensates for the difference with its alt fire, but blue nails and saws are consistently much stronger and charge the other variant instantly

And then there's super jumping. Ground stomp against a wall, and if you jump on the ground after you do this... you go flying upwards.

the dedication on this man to start the game and speedrun getting to the prime sanctums on his first playthrough
good luck on if you ever decide to do the prime sanctum P-ranks and to try to get to wave 50+
before doing more attempts I highly recommend practicing coin techs and projectile boosting, both of them are some of the most useful and effective tricks in game and can make encounters a whole lot easier (especially since the video only shows like 4 clips of you shooting a coin and having to rely on the piercer to take care of the eye balls in P-1)
you use your railgun too much, seeing how sometimes you freeze up and only switching after noticing you can't fire. you also tend to use the wrong variation at times, not a single malicious rail was shot in the video even when fighting clumps of mobs as well as using blue rail on isolated mobs that can easily be killed by any other weapon.
managing cooldowns is also pretty important. personally when i play, all weapons are used which creates a cycle where if one weapon runs out, another is fully charged. you rarely use coins, completely ignorant about pboosting, highly reliant on some weapons while leaving others unused.
aside from the comments, i definitely wanna see you improve and see more ultrakill content from you. being able to P rank most stages while only knowing surface knowledge is an achievement so i'll be waiting for that sequel :3

Impressive! I myself still haven't even P-ranked all of act 2. That said, I do have one word of advice. Look into how weapons interact with each other and prectice synergy tech to *death.* Stuff like how all hitscan can bounce off coins and detonate explosives, how rockets home in on the saw/nailgun's magnets, or the many, _many_ ways you can punch your own projectiles with the Feedbacker. Synergies make or break weapons; The Malicious railcannon goes from easily outclassed to a _god_ of AOE, while the Screwdriver goes from the most effective railcannon to one of the most underwhelming weapons in the game.
To be fair the screwdriver is good for lasting a little longer when trying to learn boss attacks, like the sisyphus dude, although the one shotting you can do in the game just destroys any challenge from anything.

@@daniellemurnett2534 it does more damage overall than the other 2, making it good for tanky enemies. Also the healing just takes a lot of pressure off you to hit your shots. And idk I just find it really satisfying lol
@Quinn Tucker The damage argument is null. Even a single railcoin does much more damage than a Screwdriver shot, and a Malicious core eject nuke deals good damage to many more targets than is reasonable with Screwdriver.
I admit it's a very easy way to heal, however it's only tied at most for being the _best_ at it. However it's completely shut down by sand, isn't even good at healing from fodder (which even Electric is), and is a projectile to boot. Besides, there *should* be pressure to hit your shots if you got hit. Mistakes should be punished. If this pressure doesn't exist players might develop bad habits.
I can't argue with the subjective claim that it's satisfying, even if I find it much less fun to use than weapon combos, like that of its contemporaries. But yeah that's fair enough.
I honestly find both flesh prison and pandopticon harder than the bosses that hold them due to the fact that Minos and Sisyphus are fights of order. Quick and calculated patterns, unforgiving, but consistent. The flesh bosses are just so much random crazy stuff with no easy solution and no “same situations”
Eh, maybe not the flesh panopticon, cause once you damage it a little bit Sisyphus just says "Bro what is taking him so long? I'mma go out there and see what's going on"
In Panopticon if you grapple to its eyes, you can parry them, heal and get off the ground to avoid the orbs, while a saw trap deals most of the damage

Man I love this games fights because the non bosses feel chaotic and fun and the bosses are fun dances of dodgingvand shooting.
I have over 200 hours in ultrakill and my highscore on the cybergrind on violent in 33. Good luck with getting to 50
wave 50 on violent cybergrind is the hardest challenge in this game imo

while fighting FP, you could just keep the slab piercer and just use the default marksman
try shooting your coins with the piercer charge, or the rail cannon

I recommend Doom Eternal next: all weapon mastery without mastery tokens, all secrets, all battle points, all suit upgrades and all sentinel crystals (all achievements if you want to go insane aswell)
Here’s a few tips and mechanics, before a mindflayer spawns it’s orbs, use a projectile boost on it and it might be oneshotted, and in cybergrind, if you use slam and wall jump against a wall, you’ll get those yellow lines still when you do that, when you jump off the ground you do something called a “slam storage” it makes you jump really high, for some enemies, you can shoot a rocket at enemies that are flying in the air, causing a huge explosion, and for something that can be annoying, the sisyphean insurrectionist, you can use the S. R. S. Cannon to make it fall over which is like a 2 second stun, its useful for free damage, for the ferryman, parries are useful, if you parry one attack he will be struck by lightning, and for Minos prime and Sisyphus prime, the flesh prison, there’s one way to easily kill it, you have to malicious core nuke the flesh prison while its spawning its enemies, you have to shoot a core eject and then shoot the core with a malicious railcannon, causing the biggest explosion in the entire game, and then you gotta circle it while shotgun swapping, it will easily kill it, Minos prime is very simple after you beat him, all of his parryable attacks are: “Prepare thyself!” “Thy end is now!” “Judgement!”, but the “Thy end is now” move is parryable at the last hit, it’s a 1-2-3-4 move, you can parry the forth move, here’s a list of how hard the parries are:
“Prepare thyself!”: pretty easy, you just have to punch the serpent in its face
“Judgement”: it might look like you partied it, but you gotta walk a tiny bit forward to really parry is, just a bit hard
“Thy end is now”: pretty simple, can do it easily
And remember, you cannot parry Minos prime on second phase (except you can still parry the serpents)
Flesh panopticion, you don’t need to move around really, just shoot some saws at it and rocket ride around the room dodging everything, now wait till Sisyphus shows up with the steel chair, for Sisyphus, he’s a real tank, here’s a list on what’s parryable:
“You can’t escape!”: it’s the same like Minos, what else do I need to say?
“Be gone!” You gotta be very quick for this one if your mid air, make sure your on ground a lot, but just avoid his stomps
“This will hurt…”: EASIEST to parry, if your far use the whiplash and if you think your just too far, just dash backwards, he also has infinite stamina on second phase, so be quick, anyways, sliding can cancel damage for a short bit, you can spam slide too, but parries are really good for refills, you need it for hp, the screwdriver is nearly useless comparing it to parries, it’s useful for starters when fighting the prime souls, but you should learn about deadcoining, I can’t explain it because it’s so hard to explain, you can watch a tutorial but my friend said it took him 7 hours to master and learn, also for streetcleaners you can jump above them and use a coin to shoot their gas tank, killing them instantly, and you can also parry your own saws, and cannonball, oh and the magnet from the nailgun/sawgun attract lightning in 5-2 if you didnt know, oneshots cerberus tho, also if you wanna oneshot virtues you just gotta use a charged pump shotgun, the green shotgun, also if you put it on 3/4 it gives a lot of damage, projectile boosting with it won’t really be useful, so use it close up to enemies like malicious faces (Maurice) and virtues, very effective, and also try to lure enemies away from the stalker in p-2, you don’t want sand on them, and for the sentries in the room where the hideous mass it, you can cancel it with a cannonball too, but try to chargeback the sentries (throw a coin right when they shoot, making their own attack ricochet back or at others, this counts for Maurice too) and another thing for cybergrind, if you fall off, shoot a rocket and whiplash it, you will rocket ride it and you will be safe, but edge-camping is useful in cybergrind, so you don’t die, and have fun p ranking the prime souls.
the non-usage of the marksman throughout this entire run broke me

I myself am kinda new to Ultrakill, I surprised myself with beating Act 1 Gabriel after only 3 restarts. Same me who took over 20 to beat V2 and 13 for Corpse of King Minos! Still proud of myself for getting an A rank first try
I don't know if I should be impressed or disgusted that he doesn't use coins at all well couple of times but you know what I mean.. My eyes are burning..
Yeah, I really sucked shooting the coin while moving so I didn't use it that often until near the end 😅
@@cronkledonk Well is alright don't worry about it, but coins are really strong in Ultrakill there's a bunch of tech with coins involved so you should try to practice it a little and it will help you a lot 👍

for your sanctum p-ranks, i reccomend you learn how to railcoin. there are a few youtube tutorials that are really useful, and watching this video makes me feel like you could REALLY unlock your potential if you just start using the coins to their full power

Besides P ranking prime sanctums there are the sandbox unlocks (soap, druid and owl, kitr, florp) custom weapon colors and one unlockable cheat (getting all boxes in 4-s) also fighting Rude and Angry i guess also unlocking all cybergrind waves?

It took me over a month to P rank P-2, and I can usually P rank P-1 in 1 to 2 attempts. It is very difficult. I can give you some tips if you want.

You can kill the enemy in 0-S with a normal shot, not just a charged shot.
I prefer your way though. Way more entertaining. Probably my favorite 0-S reaction yet, honestly!
Some advice for when you decide to p rank the sanctums, soul prime has a punching attack where he attacks 3 times and then the fourth is parryable, if you get that rhythm down you can easily punish him. For sysiphus prime he has a similar attack with different timing, in fact almost all of his attack yo can parry, but the attack doesnt stop so make sure to move out of the way. Im sure you know this already but for his second phase he just attacks a lot more often, he doesnt actually attack faster. Just a heads up, good job man.

two simple words: SHOTGUN SWAPPING
so i'm back to write another paragraph, now about the games you should play, either for videos or for fun,
i just wanna give attention to some games that goes rather unnoticed by most through your contents.
- Nuclear Throne / Nuclear Throne Ultra Mod (a mod made by Erddepol), a top-down arcade-style roguelike with already a lot of content on its own, but 5 times more with UM. it's REALLY difficult and each run ranges from 10 minutes to god knows when, especially with UM and its inclusion of a save feature as well as enough content to make each "standard" run as long as a couple hours.
- Forager, a game very similar to Stardew Valley, has farming, active and passive progression, a whole lot of achievements last time i played. i don't think it'd be a very entertaining game for people to watch though, it can get rather boring and stale during progression.
- CrossCode, not something i've heard of since a long time, but used to be plenty popular and has an absolute mountain of content to dig through.
And one many probably recommended before, Hollow Knight. no introduction needed, it has plenty of content and challenges that suit these videos you make. (it'd be pretty fun seeing your reactions to the bosses and the side contents)
You can ground pound down onto the rockets to speed it up a bit.
You should give the visual novel a good read, it teaches many lessons

also, there is a secret one with a cool suprise at the end ;) (Also every other character has a different ending, and some only have one if im right)
i forgot but you would need to buy the downpour dlc for the extra characters, but first you should complete the game without the dlc and then see if its really worth it
