sir, I didn't have convert to shape option, when I right clicked on shapes. would you please help me out.

I think it's because the picture format is not svg, but maybe jpg

Are you using an svg (vector) image? If you are using a png or other type of image the option is not available. You would need to convert it to svg first. He talks about this in the video and has another video showing how to do it. Hope this helps.
