    My therapist told me to take “should” out of my vocabulary. He told me to replace it with “I will.” I’m praying for you. You ARE doing better. You ARE making progress.😊💗

    Never apologize for crying…it is a very hard process you are going through and emotions are a big part of it! Allowing yourself to feel what you feel is part of your recovery and pushing through and fighting like you are is what makes you brave, strong and amazing!
    Crying and anxiety is not a weakness, is just part of the process being human!

    I’m addicted to exercise too. It’s incredibly hard to tackle on top of food. My therapist tells me that the reason why the anorexia is so loud is because it’s being challenged and it doesn’t like it, it sort of helps me maybe it’ll help you a little too. It’s ok to wobble. Go gently xxxx

    Life begins, at the edge of fear. I have anxiety and I constantly let the fear of things hold me back. Just like you, I've been challenging myself and pushing myself, to break through them. We are cheering you on and you can do this!

    U got this u are so beautiful and strong and we all love u and we have u. I was in ur shoes but I don't want to say to much and trigger anyone but its been 4 years some days are still hard. I still struggle with weight but each time I go up a size on clothes my husband and daughter always give me a small gift and a card. But something else I find that helps me is I write in my journal anything I'm feeling even if I can't get words out I will draw and color and having a great support system is very important.

    It's okay to feel whatever emotions your feeling and it's okay to express them in a way that is safe to you. Crying is one of these ways. Also, I congratulate you on being brave enough to turn on the comments section, I know that may have been anxiety provoking for you. There's a whole community here ready to support you 🤍

    HI Fi !!! I just came across your channel about a week ago! And some of the other videos that I have watched have not permitted comments!
    First of all - I want to say how incredibly proud I am of you! You are doing amazing! There is no such thing as perfect recovery! But it is so amazing and encouraging to see you face every challenge, every increase, and every fear food! And your doing it on your own (I mean at your own house, not in a hospital or inpatient facility) Your parents seem so supportive and I am so glad that you have them! It is completely OK to cry and feel your feelings! That is a healthy way to cope, especially instead of taking your feelings out on yourself or engaging in the eating disorder behaviors! Your feelings are REAL and VALID! Remember that each and every meal or snack is getting you one step closer to your goals, and getting out of the wheelchair! Food is literally your medicine and your doing incredible! I hope that you are proud of yourself also! Because all in all, you are doing this for YOURSELF! and to gain YOUR life back!!! Also remember that the way that things are now are only temporary! I have high hopes for you!!! And I will continue to watch your awesome progress towards HEALTH and LIFE and RECOVERY and FREEDOM!!!

I have a constant battle with the evil voices that go through my head making me feel terrible about having a simple sandwich. i know I need to eat, but I feel so guilty about it.     Fi, you are doing so much better than I think you dare give yourself credit for. Every day I watch you get through it even when it's so hard. Even when you cry and have a meltdown, you do it. There is nothing wrong with crying about it either! It's your body and brain's way of processing the thing which is so hard to do. It's so much better to let it out than to try to keep it in. Those feelings are real and raw and deserve to be acknowledged but, not given too much power. You're doing such a great job of that.
    I know your perfectionism wants things to be perfect all the time and that makes things so much harder but, sometimes things don't go right at all and that's ok. Sometimes days just fall apart and we have no choice in the matter. It's frustrating and awful but, it happens to all of us. It's Murphy's law. One thing goes badly wrong and everything following is just as bad.
    Days like that you just have to write off as a terrible day and hope the next day will be better. It's just part of life to have days like that and it's nothing you did wrong. From what I can tell you handled it the best you could and that's all you can ever do. You didn't meet your challenge? That's ok, you still had a snack. That's in itself is an accomplishment even if it doesn't feel like it. Sometimes we don't meet our goals but, that's ok. That's life. We try again tomorrow.
    I don't know you, Fi and I've only been following you for a little while but, in that time I have been so proud and amazed at the progress you've made. Your grit and determination are nothing to shake a stick at. I know it doesn't feel like it but, from what I can tell you are such a strong fighter. I know it's exhausting and I know you want a break. You'll get there. You'll get out of that chair. You'll walk your pups, you'll conquer that list of reasons and exceed it. I know you will. I'm rooting for you Fi, every single day. 💕

    Love and positive thoughts from Minnesota! I know how debilitating anxiety can be. I struggle with it daily! I finally opted for medication to help calm the chaos in my mind. It doesn’t completely mute it but helps me get through the day. In my hardest moments I find 5 things I can see, 5 things I can feel 5 things I can smell. Helps refocus my brain. Keep going! You’ve got this!!

    Try eating some interesting food. Change your meals everyday or you get bored of eating the same food every day.

      She already get overwhelmed by changing a Joghurt into a granola bar, so it would be really to early to switch so much...
      Of course other food would taste so much better but she first has to learn how to eat again...
