I wish chatty heard the first part of Gigi’s rant about how he insulted her over the phone and said horrible shit b/c that’s the one thing that really ticks me off is that all these people in the city are believing her lie about what the phone call was about. Because chatty was actually really nice considering the banter they have normally. He never said he wished she had died. He said he was glad she DIDNT die because then cups would’ve dumped him. But no one knows the truth and I’m so sad about it 😭😭
I feel you. But, you have to know.. In RP, words spoken can be twisted to serve a narrative or most often just for a laugh while joking around with whomever. In this case AngelKnivez decided to twist the conversation and Chatterbox had to roll with it after it got passed him. I watch a lot streamers and I hear it all the time. Its a nasty little trick and it works for RP.

Honestly the missing point that Gigi failed to convey is the betrayal she felt from Raymond and that betrayal of friendship is her last straw resulting in her doing the thing that will for sure make Ray Mond mad. And that this is Gigi’s way to get back at Ray Mond through Chatterbox

I would definitely like to see just Gigi, Raymond , and maybe chatty Talking in a scenery background like during sundown. This. I really was hoping it would be gigi vs ray to end their friendship. The betrayal that she felt when she woke up from the ICU. I expected her to go take her revenge to Ray. Even Ray tried to make it their conflict but with the mask taken off it would definitely be Chatty. Gigi twisted the phone call and use it as her reason to snapped. She can still go for Ray after this but with many people involved already it will not be the same angst if it just the two of them.
I think this will be the end of the arc only if ray want to do something more but i hope something happened in future to make them back to be friends especially like ray break up with chatterbox or something else

This face swapping idea could have been pre-discussed between the streamers, Angel was not ready for it and I don't blame her, not everyone is comfortable
with their character's face being mutilated and knowing how to rp it! Watched live from Angel's pov, Tessa trying srs rp, and chatty denying it with clown sbs, left Angel confused which rp path to follow.
This was planned over a week ago, but poorly executed by the clowns.

--- "denying" has RP rule break implications and 'poorly executed' implies that the Clowns didn't just Successfully kidnap someone surrounded by 'friends' and swap their face with something other than their original face ... that's hard to pull off in RP, and would have been even harder if the Players had meta unlocks for everything that was about to happen to their character
--- I think everyone did the best the could with what they had to work with, it just would have been nice to see Bone's set up in his apartment

+ the "medical facilities" in Los Santos are top tier, so Gigi's face is only going to remain mutilated as long as Angel is comfortable with it -- as they've all said, They Talk to Each Other behind the scenes to make sure no one is uncomfortable with what's going on.

I was checking the comments and saw that a lot pointed out to Gigi snapping because she was constantly attacked and she "took it in the chin" (not retaliate). Can anyone point me out to the situations when that happened? My pov mostly comes from watching Ray Mond, and clips here and there, so I dont know if I'm missing stuff. Thanks :D

I knew that getting to Carmine would be a stretch. 52 Chains likely didn't want anything to do with this arc. Which makes sense. Carmine knew nothing about the threat of a face swap with Costello. That being said, I'm kind of disappointed in AngelKnives' performance to be honest. Gigi's non-reaction to being seized at the clothing store set the tone for the whole scene. And that deflated the hype I felt. It was nice to see Nakkida shush Chatterbox in order to for Gigi to explain herself. Being interrupted is a real life frustration for Angel and for anyone else I imagine. Normally, most Clowns in RP don't abide by that consideration during conflict. (Except for Twinkles. He can do no wrong.) As I was saying, Gigi's rehearsed reasoning is delivered in way that flat-lines the seriousness of the situation. And to speed things along, Gigi gracefully takes the L (?). No bargaining. No plea. Fine. If this is Gigi being 'gangsta', then the fearlessness fails to add any emotion to her humiliation. Not what I expected, personally. I hope to see the toughest gang members in the city show some remorse or anger when it comes to their impending doom. Additionally, I would rather have heard Gigi uttering further threats then to hear Angel's evil laugh and claim she has plans. What does that even mean? No RPer should be planning wins and celebrations because anything else can and will happen.
I think the point of her reaction is to show that she that she’s become emotionally unavailable and really couldn’t care anymore. I do agree the reaction was anticlimactic but at the end of the day it’s rp, never that serious

•I'm pretty sure it's not "denial of RP" to have you're character act Consistently with itself as it interacts with it's friends vs it's enemies --- every other RPer Involved Complemented AngelKnives on her performance as Gigi in this scenario, and sympathized with the conflicting emotions anyone would have to deal with As A Player when you're character is about to take some "permanent damage" and you have to deal with the Deadly Serious RP of Nakkida on Tessa and the Silliness of Chatterbox's Chatterbox at the Exact Same Time.
•on the other hand AngelKnives herself thought she could've done better, but IMO she's being a bit too hard on herself along with all the armchair RP checkers in chat, comment sections, and rptwt ... sometimes it's worthwhile to sit back and just Enjoy the content

It must have been deleted or privated. Angel wasnt gonna go live today apparently and was playing with her eyes closed because she was sick (i could be wrong on this), then when she got kidnappend she went live for a bit till after it.
She also went to the barbershop and showed a bit of what could be the face she shows after the whole thing

I feel like the arc ending here would be nice. If itt could have been just Ray vs Gigi arc, that would be full spice rp but that arc died and got ruin with the early gang involvement before they even done anything back. Gigi was very serious for many days, even crying to Kitty and suddenly when she got kidnap her reaction to nearly dying is very anticlimatic. Now if she takes revenge on Ray it makes no sense anymore since she have done alot to Chatterbox to hurt her & whats the point of taking revenge on Chatterbox again after kidnapping him, wrenching him, removing his mask, putting his mask in her ocean, left him to die, left him to run away in shame from the hospital with his face covered then shooting him again and left him to die again. She have done so much more to him than he did now. Even when clowns took revenge they didnt left her to die atleast. I feel like the depth of the Ray and Gigi fallout has lost its meaningfulness. The stirring of kirk timing definitely ruins the potential arc but its still a win rp for me. I love sbs more than serious rp.

Chatty has scars on his face from past trauma. He wears the mask not only because he’s a clown but it conceals those scars and only Ray (maybe some others) know what he really looks like. It was like stripping away his dignity which is why all the clowns are mad.

It is the equivalent of saying Chatterbox is being too sensitive about Gigi taking his mask because it is just a mask. To Chatterbox it is more then that and to Gigi, she was being constantly attacked by Clowns without retaliating because her best friend was part of the Clowns and she finally snapped. @@solidarityphilippines5710 There have been multiple times when Chatter did something to either antagonize or straight attack Gigi and she did not retaliate. Chatter was even told to apologize to Gigi but gave a half-hearted apology.
I am not saying that Gigi is innocent, but neither are Clowns or Ray Mond. That is why it is important to see all perspectives in RP rather than just dismissing a character and their actions.
