Stumbles did say he was jealous, but bitter is probably a better word. He dislikes that twinkles is more popular and a newer clown. He thought his OG status would bypass him all his problems, but like he said he's just throwing all his problems on Twinkles. Twinkles is valid in wanting to protect himself
It's the same issue the cops have and it's hilarious. Holding ones "seniority" over somebody else's head. But if you do that without acting reasonable, you'll lose respect rather than earning it.
Only difference is Twinkles didn't get DAPed for RP (acting out that Moose could be a mime).
Also.. was Stumbles there at the clowncil when cups was made the Queen with Kirk whipping his gun around and shooting kneecaps?
Yeah. I think a good comparison would be Stumbles and Happy. Both have been around for a long while, and as much as a short fuse Happy can be he actually does a lot for the clowns and whenever Chatty needs him, he 100% delivers. While with Stumbles, he seems lost even when people tell him what they need out of him. So in the end he brings barely anything to the table. He needs to work or himself and get over whatever is holding him back, roll his sleves and work from the ground up if needed - be humble. At this point even Tessa, who was also a bit lost, is finding her footing within the group.
I'm just happy cause Twinkles has done alot for the clowns and for him to stand his ground and not be pushed around anymore is great! He is loyal to Chatty and Ray and he's so good for that!

Yeah but I think Stumbles has a point in saying Twinkles isn't loyal to "the clowns" and doesn't value their lives. Twinkles is loyal to individuals. He's really good at building relationships, most of which are actually outside of the clowns. But some of the clowns without prio who he hasn't interacted with much, like Moose, I don't believe he values.
Twinkles ATE him up ngl. Yes stumbles came with good faith, but bringing up being longer than him basically respect them cause they have been longer is dumb. There has been a lot of changes between the clowns (rules etc) and stumbles can’t seem to let that go. Also telling chatty he wants twinkles to remove his mask is another level punishment tbh. at the end of the day, it seems like the root of pushback in the clowns stems from the fact that they aren't used to living the gang life and it's a really interesting conflict imo

From what I have seen, the OG clowns were a gang, then somewhere along the line, they went to not a gang and SBS stuff. My guess is not using a gun on members (clowns) comes from the gang life since pretty much all gangs have that.
Stumbles doesnt seem to understand that even if Moose is normally reasonable... If he's a mime, he isnt just Moose anymore. He's not going to behave the same.
Like why would Moose being part of the clowns for longer change the fact that if he were a mime, he'd be a danger to everyone around him.
Stumbles is just really bad at communicating. I think his point in bringing up "some of us have been around longer" is that there are relationships and respect has already been earned, just not with Twinkles. Put it like this: if it were Chatty acting mime-ish, would Twinkles shoot? or would he give the benefit of the doubt?
I actually like the "don't shoot other clowns" rule. It raises the stakes for what gunplay is, and not just for pranks or "getbacks." but I think Twinkles and Stumbles are just RPing different with how serious whipping out a gun and dome-ing someone is.
@@connorblake7487 the thing is, though, being around longer doesn't mean anything for the new clowns. You may have the respect of previous clowns but there's so many new ones that it doesn't matter anymore.
The main thing Chatty is trying to accomplish is stopping that train of thought by only allowing people that put in the work to be treated with any sort of respect. Mini, Stumbles and Scruffy rely too heavily on being "og" when the clowns don't have that role. I think that's what Twinkles is trying to say.
Twinkles knows who is around for new Clowncil and they know who Twinkles is. Stumbles has no authority of him or anyone else.
I think the rule is fine but the rule can't be respected if the clown has become a mime. So it is kind of moot anyway. I legitimately don't know what Stumbles expects

Oooohhh this is spicy! I like it! I really thought Twinkles might have been sassier with Stumbles because of the conversation with Chatty. But I feel Twinkles really is living the present clown life. Chatty has been very clear about the fact that respect is earned as well. And Stumbles has done nothing for the group for a while now. While Twinkles is cleaning everyones money, and is slowly becoming a treasurer. And I think the clowns don't care about guns and shooting eachother right now. Doesn't matter if it is a wrench or a gun. Especially since a lot of clowns go to the icu for either. So Stumbles wanting to bring the weight of a gun to the group feels like it might not really work right now, since most are not really taking it serious. But overall W rp! I like the conflict. And Twinkles whistling was sooooo funny!
It's hard to RP serious conflict with a character that's genuinely loved by everyone, and it's gonna be risky because the king and queen are ride or die for Twinkles. It'd be a great arc if thats what the strimmers intentions are and we should show him some love.

Ohhh the twinkles/stumbles conflict keeps on going yay! It's been building from Twinkles pov with him seeing how Chatty complains about stumbles, the whole issue they had already with the laundromat (stumbles was building one for the clowns but never told chatty it was ready so he got upset when he heard chatty was giving his money to clean to twinkles), stumbles complaining about cups being the queen, clearly to twinkles stumbles is not reliable or someone he respects.
Meanwhile Stumbles wants so bad to be seen as an authority! that one scene where he stepped over Chatty and started demanding who was gonna give laundry machines to the clownhouse and no one raised their hand was awkward and a perfect example really.
Also when Stumbles was saying about clowns not pointing guns to clown all I could think was about the whole Raymond and Kirk situation with the gun face off in the house and the rock swallowing hahaha

So, what I take outta this is, that stumbles should be mad at chatty since he told twinkles to keep the gun on him therefore his reasoning for being mad at twinkles should be null and void right? I get where stumbles is coming from but times have changed, 4.0 brought a new perspective for all the clowns, doesnt sound like the same rules applied from 3.0 and carried over, and if they did they've been constantly changing

Tbh Twinkles is volatile as heck. Hes unpredictable because hes quite and his angry is nearly the same as his calm. But hes also a baby angle soo... I forgive him for being a nutjob.
Stumbles pulling seniority is BS. But... he is super right that clown on clown guns needs to be a group decision and I can see his perspective... especially if when he did it back in the day it was such a big deal. Clown code has changed but some of the clowns havent. Hes a downer and a killjoy, but he is not wrong either. I genuinely hope the clowns dont kick Stumbles out over this bc it wouldnt be fair. If theyre having problems with the guy and want an excuse to get rid of him, use a legitimate one, not this one.
Stumbles didn’t even hear twinkles saying he didn’t have a wrench or a knife. But stumble saying “owing the clowns courtesy of not pointing a gun at them by another clown in that situation”. But some of the clowns do that anyways so why is it twinkles fault. He was protecting every clown there but stumble saying “put the gun down.” But it’s like if moose is saying he is fine but he could still have mime situation. I think overall stumbles doesn’t have a see through twinkles point to view and say what twinkles said is true. Respect is earned not given. I agree with twinkles more than stumbles
I love Twinkles, and I’m not gonna say he was wrong… but… Stumbles came to him and apologized. He humbled himself and said he wanted things between them to be good. He seemed to be acting on good faith. What Twinkles said wasn’t necessarily wrong, but I’d be trying to make allies not enemies. I dunno… 🤷🏻♀️
100% agree on this. It was not necessarily wrong but I can see some cracks. These cracks are actually good for RP

I think Twinkles has just been pushed past his limit. Stumbles has treated him horribly for weeks for no reason, just because he’s annoyed with how twinkles talks. And he basically expects twinkles to just move past it even though he regularly treats him badly.
At this point twinkles is just over it, an apology isn’t enough. So I think Twinkles is 100% in the right here. You can’t just do what you want and expect an apology to make everything go away, especially not when it’s a repeated issue.

I get that Twinkles is a dependable warrior that wants to protect all clowns against the threat of Mimitus. As every clown should. I hope newer clowns are given this mentality following Clown College or whatever. Makes me wonder if punishing the clowns for raising guns in house is more important to Stumbles. I get that he pulls rank and favors the old rules and old friends. I imagine cases going to Clown Court in the middle of a war would be satisfactory for him. In such cases, tempering their resolve against those touched by the threat might be quite detrimental. This could be interesting.

This is an incredibly Chattercups perspective and the easiest way to tell you're a newer viewer. Stumbles is acting like a fucking idiot, whining and whining and whining, but he has deep relationships with these people. Even if Chatty kicked him from Clowncil stuff, they wouldn't stop hanging with him unless he crosses lines like Bon Bon. Twinkles is in good with Chatty and Ray, that's about it. And obviously Chattercups is gonna end eventually.
Idk if I’m that biased, but I don’t see Stumbles’s side at all. Stumbles is hardly a clown anymore. The whining and complaining is getting so old. He needs to just leave. Good job Twinkles for standing your ground!! ❤

A lot of the comments for this seem so one-sided and honestly sad. In RP there is rarely a "right" side and it's more about perspectives. It seems so many viewers only see one perspective and refuse to accept the other may have a point or that the side they are cheering for may be wrong.
Stumbles is immensely bad at communicating and pulling up seniority is obviously a joke, but I actually like the idea of taking guns more seriously and not just used for "getbacks" and goofing around. To me, it raises the stakes, like Sooty shooting Bon Bon. If you pull a gun on a fellow clown, I like that it would feel like a big deal, not because someone wrenched you. But that's just down to personal preference with the RP.
