Guess how much that goes for these days? $700 in the end. The brand new tired cost $750 for parts! Hyundai is RIDDLED with motor problems and recalls they WILL NOT tell you about! Call your local dealership NOW and ask about the recalls before it gets your car too! Yes, our service record was spotless as well. Never missed an oil change, kept up maintenance. It pains me too see the ignorance that's going into the design of EV's in this time. I'm talking about the user experience side of design, the functional aspect. I was not interested in the ID3 and iD4 from VW because of their retarded interiors with capacitive controls (even on the damn steering wheel), poor infotainment system software and overall bad/dorky exterior design. Ioniq 5 solves the exterior design but continues with poor design gimmicks on the interior, choices that you're gonna live with (supposedly) for a long time. Pull your heads out of your asses and make a practical car, then maybe I'll buy it. I don't need touch interfaces in a car, specially the climate control and steering wheel controls.
Fabulous, I love the sustainability and recyclability, the Ionic 5 isn't cheap but will be in my shortlist for my first EV. 👍
The day when this type of EV doesn't break the bank, we'll see wide-scale adaptation even in developing and under developed markets!
