Thank you so much for your video. After recovering from covid, I noticed my hair was thinning. I switched my shampoo and oil to litlllextra cocoonnioon, and it significantly helped reduce my hair fall and promote hair growth. Additionally, I started using a scalp massager, as it cleans the scalp thoroughly while shampooing.
Ladies, please also check your vitamin D levels. I noticed my hair line was thinning (never wore wigs or weaves). I went to a dermatologist who ran blood tests which came back indicating very low vitamin D. Ever since taking vitamin D daily, I haven’t had any issues.
One other vitamin to pay attention to: vitamin D. Though studies are not conclusive, some research suggests that low levels of vitamin D and iron can cause thinning hair in women. Ask your doctor to test your vitamin D and iron levels, and discuss whether or not you should take a vitamin supplement.
Absolutely love your Channel I learned so much and that's saying a lot for a 61 year old grandma I encourage my granddaughter to watch Miracles and blessings to you and yours continued success in all your endeavors
I've got androgenetic alopecia. My maternal grandmother had it pretty bad, and my brother, my sister and myself inherited those (awful) genes - which was confirmed by DNA tests. I had a hair full of hair until my mid-20s. From then on, it's gotten worse and worse. I'm 42 now and I've been using Minoxidil 5% for the past 5 years. I can't say if it's helped much or not (because I've no idea how I'd look if I wasn't using it, after all), but I'm starting to give up hope for a turnaround. My hair doesn't really cover my head anymore. No matter how I try to "style" it, you can always see the scalp from some angle (or, sometimes, most angles). This week I'm starting to embrace the idea of wigs. I'm getting myself a cheaper, synthetic one that looks a lot like my real hair used to look (dark chocolate brown, with lots of red undertones, andwater wave-ish texture). I've already watched all of your wig restoration videos, while preparing for the new addition to the family. 😂 If I feel empowered enough by it, and more self-confident, I might invest in a human hair/silk top wig from Ali Express. You know, with money, you gotta always take baby steps... 😉
I'm so bless to find this video because I have been so upset and depressed. Im in my thirties and I recently had a child. I have felt like I have lost myself not to mentioned I have notice that my hair around my temple have been thinning. This video has help me confirm to seek medical attention.
This is great info. Made me so sad though as a woman with thyroid issues and on meds. My hair used to be so healthy, thick and full. Now it is thinner and brittle no matter what I do. I am thankful that I still have some hair but it is nothing like it used to be. I am still hopeful even as I get older. And I guess I can always consider wigs 😉
I have PCOS and its no joke. It can do a number on the body. A year ago found out I have Hashimoto's/Hyperthyroidism. I've noticed since they removed my thyroid and they got my meds leveled, my hair has gotten not only thicker but curlier. Its been wavy for 15 yrs, but now its gotten curly in some areas. Not complaining about the curls, considering I used to pay for curls like this in the 80's when I was a teen.
Yes indeed! Many people don’t realize how various conditions can impact the hair, skin, body, and health as a whole. It definitely pays to watch after your health.
I just shaved my right side due to patches of baldness in my edge area. I think stress is causing it and don't know how to make it grow back. Keep the videos coming, I'm glad I found your channel.
Thank you for responding. I have just maybe a half inch of hair before the patches start. It's also thin so when I brush my hair you can see the patches. I've been using deep conditioners and aloe vera treatments. For the last five months I've been wearing wigs to help keep tension off my hair. I haven't had a perm in about 7 months either.
That sounds incredibly similar to traction alopecia. Try massaging the affected areas regularly with just a small amount of oil on the fingertips to prevent excess friction. The massage aids in stimulating the blood flow to the follicles.

Can age cause female pattern balding?
Age can cause shrinking of the follicles, causing the hair to become more fine with age.
Getting old is NOT for punks! Damn.
I had pcos removed along with diabetes
