Dimash does not get the recognition, because, I believe he is independent of a label. His Father runs Dimash’s enterprise. Please Dears, correct me if I do not have this correct. I think Dimash and his family do an incredibly incredible job, to run this empire. Also, KUDOS to the Dears, for the outstanding support of Dimash WORLDWIDE! Thank you again, for your learned reaction to our Dimash!

You are correct. A major American film studio (such as MGM or United Artists) isn't going to use an independent artist to sing their OST. Likewise, a major music producer (such as
Hans Zimmer, Walter Afanasieff, or David Foster) isn't likely to produce an unsigned artist, even though they all recognize Dimash's prodigious talent. As Igor Krutoy said, Dimash knows this, but Dimash's experience of being burned by American producers (thanks to CBS, Mark Burnett, et al) makes it questionable that Dimash will trust anyone enough to sign a contract. So here we've sat for 5 years. There were those who hoped Walter Afanasieff could overcome this roadblock, but it appears unlikely.

Interesting comment. So... those recent meetings in the US didn't produce anything concrete? What were they for? Does the Industry there have the flexibility to be hands off and trust in Dimash's artistic instinct? Or will they try to cram him into a specific Genre - that they can market? I can't see him agreeing to that. The thing is, he's gathering such a following now, not only internationally, but also building in the US; does he need to sign?! His concerts are selling out wherever he goes! @@Snarky_Tart

Thank you so much for your answers. I really admire someone like Dimash who realizes what he brings to this art, and will stand firm. I hope that after the Los Angeles meetings, Dimash remains strong. It appeared that the David Foster meeting was amicable, but I hope Dimash remains true to himself. I really appreciate your knowledge and expertise on this subject. I always love to be informed, and learn!

This song was written as part of a soundtrack for the movie by Piergiuseppi Zaia and Antonella Maggio. He could not find anyone to sing it without using 3-4 vocalists. One of his producers had heard Dimash sing and played some of his music for Zaia. They sent a tape to Diamsh and had to have either 3 or 4 people singing it. Dimash agreed to do so. This was during Covid and Dimash would not travel to Italy for fear of possibly exposing his grandparents to it. I wish you had played the video from the movie trailer...amazing, and more appropriate for the song.

Yes, Dimash does have absolute pitch and was playing classical music on the piano by age 3.
His piano had a real struggle with him because he was so used to playing by ear, while, of course, she wanted him reading the music and doing things in a trained way.
You will notice when he does play the piano, he never has music in front of him always reverting back to his hearing it and playing that.

I love your reactions to Dimash. There are no words...For another great Bond type movie theme do Battle of Memories in the official music video version. It is in Chinese. The movie is still available online and about a man who has somehow taking on the memories of a serial killer and is trying to erase them. Another absolutely amazing Chinese theme song is Oceans Over theTime. It is strangely for a video game and can be watched in its official version but there is a fanmade video that is even better. The story I have read is that the video game is about Dimash who is being held captive on an island in a dream. The player has to build a boat to go rescue him. It is one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard...

Yes, you are correct. Dimash has perfect pitch. When he went to music school at the age of 5, one of the first things he did was let them know that their piano was out of tune. 😂
Isn't that ending positively STUNNING! That last note!! His crescendos and decrescendos are absolutely 🔥🔥❤🎉 He needs to do ALL the soundtracks.
When Perguiseppe Zaia sent the demo to Dimash, he had to use 3 different singers...and the soprano could not hit all of the notes! Dimash is in his own class!!

    • @TheWordSmith365
      @TheWordSmith365  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

Oh, that's such an incredible anecdote about Dimash discovering the out-of-tune piano at such a young age! It really goes to show the depth of his musical sensitivity.
And yes, that ending in "Across Endless Dimensions" is nothing short of breathtaking! His control over crescendos and decrescendos is truly masterful. I couldn't agree more - he has the ability to elevate any soundtrack to a whole new level.
It's fascinating to learn about the challenges in the demo and how Dimash's unique talent sets him apart. He truly is in a class of his own. If you have any other favorite performances or aspects of Dimash's singing that you'd like me to explore in future videos, feel free to let me know. Thank you for sharing your enthusiasm! 🌟🎤

Wow, love how you honor Dimash’s hard work, and your comments about how he has paved the way for others to raise the bar. Someone commented on someone else’s channel that Dimash has become the savior of music! I concur - there’s no excuse now for the mundane, over-processed garbage so often passed off as music. Music has been dumbed-down just like education, speech, and every aspect of our society I can think of. Dimash has taken covers and made them what they should be. Remember the show “What Not to Wear?” At the beginning, Stacy and Clinton are walking thru the city waving their hands over badly-dressed people and they instantly transform into well-dressed, confident, happy folks. That’s what Dimash does to a song - he hears the potential and “Dimashifies” it, and you almost don’t have the same song! He elevates everything he touches, and we are elevated listening to it❣️
    Great reaction, thank you!

    • @TheWordSmith365

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and passionate comments! I'm touched by your appreciation for Dimash's hard work and the impact he has on the music industry. The analogy to "What Not to Wear" is brilliant - the idea of Dimash transforming a song in a way that elevates and brings out its true potential is spot on. It's true that he has a unique ability to "Dimashify" and breathe new life into every piece he takes on.
Your observation about the current state of music and how Dimash sets a higher standard resonates with many. He indeed stands out in an era where the music industry sometimes faces criticism for prioritizing commercial appeal over artistic depth.
I'm glad you enjoyed the reaction, and I truly appreciate your insightful and passionate perspective. If you have more thoughts to share or if there's anything else you'd like to discuss, feel free to let me know. I'm here to chat! 😊🎶❤️

Absolutely! Dimash's ability to consistently surprise and captivate his audience is truly exceptional. That last note, as you rightly point out, is a testament to his unique style and the unexpected choices he makes in his performances. It's one of the aspects that sets him apart - that ability to turn a moment into something truly extraordinary, like an "electric guitar" but distinctly Dimash.

The composer of Across Endless Dimensions is Piergiuseppe Zaia, initially composed this as an orchestral piece for his film, "Creators: The Past". It's on the soundtrack of the film. When asked about the song, Zaia said that it's about the Garden of Gethsemane. After lyrics were written for the composition (under the title "Across Endless Dimensions"), the composer said that the song, for obvious reasons, should be sung by the most beautiful voice in the world. His co-producer started googling for the most beautiful voice in the world, and she quickly came up with Dimash's name. After watching some of Dimash's youtube videos and being mind-blown, she showed them to Zaia, who immediately contacted Dimash's team. Zaia created a demo recording for Dimash to hear the song. It required 3 different singers to make the demo, and even then the operatic soprano couldn't reach the highest notes at the end. Dimash agreed to go to Italy to record this track for the film's closing credits. Sony released Dimash's track last year with a video, using green screen and FX in which Zaia inserted Dimash into scenes from his science fiction film...so lots of spaceships, aliens and such. Dimash released a new video, his own creation/production, as he imagines the song. For me, this video seems closer to the original intent of the composition. ✨🪐🌌

Thank you for providing such detailed and insightful information about the creation of "Across Endless Dimensions." It's truly fascinating to learn about the origins of the song and the collaboration between Piergiuseppe Zaia and Dimash.
The fact that Zaia specifically sought out the "most beautiful voice in the world" and ultimately chose Dimash speaks volumes about Dimash's extraordinary vocal talent. The creative process, from the initial orchestral composition for the film to the final collaboration with Dimash, adds a layer of depth to the song's narrative.
It's also interesting to note the different perspectives brought by the original film's green screen and FX versus Dimash's own vision in his video. It's a testament to the versatility of the song that it can be interpreted and presented in various ways.
Thank you for sharing this captivating background-it enhances the appreciation of "Across Endless Dimensions" even more. If you have any more insights or if there's anything else you'd like to discuss, feel free to let me know! 🌌🎶✨

I am very to see y back,i lived many yrs in south Africa,my bother has lived there all his life,ha many top bands in South africa,he is a musical teacher in a academy connected to Carnagy hall in NY,but he is a true african by heart,i played with him many yrs ago.Now i have followed Dimashed for over 7 yrs and study him to a TTTT,HE does what most cannot achieve, his arrangements are completely off the charts, curve! What can he not do,he is a genius ,i have him as the MASTER OF MASTERS in the music sphere.I have said all composers know that he allways do the arrangents and has the last say,WHY??? because he knows his instrument and what he can do a give to the world of music. He has perfect pitch.THERE are many great vocalists, but no comparable to what this young man can deliver, the dynamic, the beauty of sounds, the variation of different sounds.I cannot say to much,he is it.I heard that he said we did not come here for anything, but first to be HUMAN,then we can be everything else!,great reaction, loved it! Here is the official video, and some info: Movie trailer for: Across Endless Dimensions th-cam.com/video/9efIWFhD8a4/w-d-xo.html
The composer (Piergiuseppe Zaia) initially composed this as an orchestral piece for his film, "Creators: The Past". It's on the soundtrack of the film, and the title of the piece is "The Story of Jesus".

There is a tale in the infosphere about Dimash when he was at university. Hearsay, I have no first-hand knowledge of this.
The story is, he performed a recital for his professor. Mind you, he was already an award-winning prodigy in his home nation and rather obviously the most gifted singer the university had ever had.
At the conclusion, he got his grade. Average, a 'C.' The professor told him it hadn't been very good and encouraged him to work harder.
    Which he did.
Years later, the professor admitted that Dimash's recital had been excellent. But he sensed his ceiling was much, much higher. He gave a poor grade to light a fire under the young man. It worked.
I can't guess how accurate the story is, having been passed through several speakers and languages and subject to my faltering memory. But I think it's true that Dimash was not on his journey alone. He had good, and possibly ruthless, teachers.

Great reaction/analysis. Dimash doesn't always go to the rafters for every song he sings. Can't do a 3 hour concert that way. You should check out some of his pop songs, you'll get even a bigger picture of the man. Give Me Your Love, Fly Away, Be With Me, Golden. I realize these are all English songs. Ok other language pop songs, Neverland, Okey, My Beauty, Zhalyn. But classical/ballads are his most popular.

Yes, I'd never heard of absolute pitch until I started listening to Dimash. His mother's vocal coach took Dimash aside to entertain him while mom practiced. She brought him back to Mom and said, "Your son has perfect pitch." He was 4 or 5 at the time. He also told his parents that their piano needed tuning. You have amazing self-control. I almost fell out of my chair the first time I heard that final phrase. He turned into an electric guitar.

Thank you! Great reaction! Please react to Dimash doing Lionel Richie cover on song "Hello". You have seen a lot of Dimash, but there is something that will surprise you)

I always enjoy all your insights Carl! ❤ And your reaction to the song: Your face towards the end… 😂
He surprises me as well. And then I‘m surprised, that I‘m surprised, after all this time listening to him. 😂 Seems to be normal… So don’t worry. 😉😊
Please tell us, why you think he does not get recognized. 🙏🏻
Edit: I was also wondering if you have perfect pitch, because you identify the notes instantly. (Even if it’s maybe not that extreme as in your friends case).
    Did you speak from experience?
