If you look at companies house is shows Dan as having resigned as Director on Thursday? and no Cal.
Director here.. Cal is not a Director yet he's workshop manager & share holder Dan had to step down due to paper work issues but he is a shareholder & will be put back on as 1 early next year

I pondered how long Welderfabber had been registered as such, so glanced at the source of knowledge. The two things didnt match up, so I asked, got a super quick response, all explained. With the Fuel Active system can you not just fix it to the plate that you removed from the tank to save drilling holes in the tank ?

If you want to try something different BAZ…attach the Warrior to the plasma table and you can weld words or drawings to your plate…I used to make specialty manhole covers which needed labeling or even art….it was much better than cutting stencil letters out of plate, then backing with more plate…cheers, a paulie in Florida ❤

Baz are the bolts on the front of the drag bar just held on by the threads ? Another very interesting video with lots of different content. Gets better every week if that’s possible.
Wish you use clock in welding it give time frame on how long it take to do the job
Not overkill on the drawbar Baz it's a safe repair. Keyboard warrior trying to dis the company looking at Companies house what a %*$T. Great work on all fronts and Kierans trailer greedy board was a great addition you need to buy a paint brush. ASs always stay safe and crack on lad to the next one

i remember having to fit as set of injectors on an Hitachi because they were filling it up from a contaminated drum and it knackered all the injectors this would have stopped it 👍👍

Most certainly would.. you'd be surprised how much water / sediment gets inside the tank under normal operating conditions.. even with good fuel management.
Stage V engines have a high return of warm fuel back to the tank and therefore you get a build up of water through condensation.

Do u have any plans for the racking u did on the toolbox to mount on side as I run my 40inch on bulk head and would poss like to mount up side to give me more room at front van

Why is the draw bar extension so long ? Is it to allow for an over hang on the lorry. I had mine shortened to allow me to get into farms easier when it's tight when I deliver Straw.

What was Calum spraying on then greedyboard just before welding it - and why?
Anti spatter spray, spray on before welding and it helps reduce the amount of spatter that sticks to the material 👍🏻
When cutting multiple straight edge parts on the plasma table, why do you leave a web of metal between them? Instinctively, I would have thought that the last edge of one could be the first edge of the next thus saving time, consumables and material.
You can do that but it means you need consistent kerfs. Leaving the webs removes that constraint and makes the process more reliable.

Director...the fuel active systems are they only for plant or are there smaller systems that can be fitted to vehicles? I have a few hiluxs like yours and would like to put a fuel active system on them...if not do you know if vehicle systems are in the works? Cheers

Ha baz and cal great video has usually and great news about be trademarked and about your brother baz. I have asked how Max's and the director are doing with their health and injuries a couple of videos back but got no answer and has Max's made a decision about staying or going back to Canada.

wish or hope they would make the Fuel Active for car's and jeeps etc cause would be a small investment to save something like a engine that someone put alot of cash into with upgrading it, putting a turbo on it etc and its a cracking bit of kit. and just asking not to be rude is there anyway normal people can buy shares in the company at all as a long term investment
Hello.. we generally don't offer FuelActive for passenger vehicles or vans (LCV) as the fuel tanks or very small, often weird and wonderful shapes and difficult to access. Many thanks, Matt (FuelActive)

All that metal you put on on is really good , but if you really look at the bolts that hold the trailer hook on are weaker then the arm .
