- लसोड़े का अचार (Gunda Pickle Recipe) उत्तर भारत में बनाया जाता है. ये अचार बड़ा ही स्वादिष्ट होता है. लसोड़े के अचार को आप बनाकर रख लें, यह एक साल तक खाने के प्रयोग में लाया जा सकता है. बनाना भी आसान है.
आवश्यक सामग्री - Ingredients for Lasode Ka Achar
लसौड़ा - 2 kg
सरसों का तेल - 250 gram
सरसों के दाने - 3 छोटी चम्मच
सौंफ - 2 चम्मच
नमक - 4 spoon
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1 चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - 1 चम्मच
हींग - ¼ छोटी चम्मच से कम
जीरा - 1 चम्मच
अज़वायन -1चम्मच
मैथी दाना - 1 चम्मच

Chhattisgarh me bhi bahut hota hai ye esko bahuar ya bohar k name se jante hai eske ped k soft patto aur esko kali ki sabji banate hai aur kachche fal ka achchar banate hai aur page fal ko khate hai

Helo meenu ji . I love lasude ka achar . Bht saare achar dalti hun main but lasude ka . Bht saari recipes dekhne k baad mujhe ye best lagi or aise achar banane k baad rok nahi pai for thank you. So much such a good and tasty recipe . Specifically . Aapne bht zada oil nahi dala hai . . Ab pata nahi kaisa rahega . I doubt kam oil se khrab ho . Sukha lia tha achche se . Nami to nahi hogi . . Hello mam .. thanku so much..app Kam oil Mai achhar bannaye but long time rakhna hai to app ise timely check karate rahe ..Varna isme 1 badi spoon vinegar dall le Jo ki preserve Ka kaam karega....or thoda SA oil Bhai extra dall Lena .... long time rakh sakte ho ....

मैडम मैंने अचार बनाने का प्रयास किया परंतु लसूडिया को पानी में ज्यादा उबाल लिया मेरा अचार खराब तो नहीं होगा ना
