Legal Sensha-do tanks are ones produced/prototyped/planned before the end of WW2 around August 1945, that's why tanks like Alice's Centurion and Selection's Chaffees, which was used past that date in the Korean War, are legal. I'm pretty sure there's an official source for this that the GuP team has released. Gotta find it, though.
