Hey Jesse, i just installed my Tepui tent on the same prinsu rack and CBI mounts using your vid, thank you! Question, did your rack make noise while driving? Mine seems to be making some kind of scraping/rattling noise but the tent and rack are very secure. Just wanted to see if i was the only one
Thanks for checking it out 🤙and rattling scraping noise no but I do get a lot more wind noise now which is expected from it being so high up on the roof that’s the downside :/

Unfortunately I don’t think so I took mine off you probably can you use the ones that came with the awning some how

How will i know it its compatible or fits on a rack i have (CBI OFF ROAD 3RD GEN TACOMA OVERLAND BARS)
It should fit those it comes with brackets already but you can always purchase brackets to suit your specific rack of those don’t work for it

Quick Questions for you Jesse, Im running the ARB awning and Prinsu Awning Mounts currently on my Prinsu Roof Rack, But just ordered a Smittybilt Gen 2 RTT and Prinsu 1in Risers (just like your setup), Do you think the Awning Hardware will still work under the tent? I feel as if there will be just enough room - fingers crossed as I am married to this awning - its a beauty. I look forward to hearing back!
I believe with the prinsu awning mounts it might not work I removed my awning for a while because it was questionable install for me as well all I can is if you have friends or family to help out give it try and throw up there see if it fits but I believe it won’t u might need to get slime line L brackets

@@JayOverlands it does not fit! So I’m going to bed mount the RTT so I can get use out of the ARB. I’m sure you could mod something to work but I’m not that handy
@@Seek_ADV thanks for the reply. I saw someone fab some aluminum supports that allowed him to mount the arb to the side of the prinsu rack allowing him to run the rtt on top.
