I am definitely guilty of eating everything on my plate, even if i don't like it. I was raised on the "clean plate" program, so I will clear my plate. Lol. Videos like these are always helpful. Maybe I should use smaller plates, like a salad plate? And maybe I should use smaller prep containers for my work lunch...🤔 Great video!!!!

At first it will seem silly to save such small amounts, but don't let your habit trick you into "just finish it" mentality. Normalize honoring your gut. Am now in my mid fifties and oh my gosh!! Where did this stubborn belly fat came from? A whole lit of set back..the lost of my brother to cancer was the beginning. Only God's grace and mercy that is keep me. With that l have to continue to show up for me. Thanks Dr Nina❤
Im going to do better cuz I go so long not eating then grab anything because I'm over hunger going back to my smoothies and greens when I had them I was able to curve hunger and not have that hangry pain cuz lookout ready to eat errrrrthang lol
