thank you SO MUCH…I had literally tried EVERYTHING. I was so scared to factory reset but all my games and apps were still downloaded afterwards. the xbox app lets you copy your previous settings. only issue was my background was gone but definitely WORTH to finally have this issue fixed. thank you thank you thank you
