bro mein September 2023 mein aaya tha. and 19th Jan ko mera security ka exam hai. to mtlb mein October November December bas 3 mahine ka experience dalu?
Nhi bro jo license hota hai uspe date nhi likhi hoti ki kab bana hai toh jitna marzi aap experience daal skte ho, bas agar vo aapka study permit dekh ke dates match karein toh pta chal skta hai ki aap sirf 3 months pehle aaye ho , but koi dekhta nhi itna, and aap india ka bhi experience daal skte ho

To be honest, a normal guards reference could not work , but still my reference or emp id - 157870 , what you should really do is, try walk in interviews of paladin in every 2-3 month , they do walk in interviews , try going in them and make a fake resume , add some experience, and before going there go to many security companies and give interviews so you would how to behave or act in an interview, basically you have to say i am available for all shifts, even though you're not and just learn the responsibilities of a security guard which you search on google, and be very confident, they will pick you , and not just paladin but keep going to every company and call them everyday before visiting them so you would know they are takings walk in interviews or not
Basically just keep on trying, Hopefully you will get it

@@bauabh they will ask for it but usually they don't notice , it's nit about the experience it's about your knowledge and confidence, other than that just for being safe you can add experience(fake) of india
