The Exchange TRX Mall in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia let me experience everything. Intense traffic, amazing local and foreign food, a wide range of retail outlets, and an amazing park
I visited The Exchange TRX Mall in Kuala Lumpur shortly after its opening.
As we strolled through The Exchange TRX Mall in Kuala Lumpur, I chatted with excited retailers to get their insights.
💥 And tasted their food.
💥 I nearly rode on a Bison (well, that’s not quite true)
💥 But went on the jungle trip on the rooftop of the mall.
And I give you a personal insight into how the mall fits into the buzzing shopping landscape of the Golden Triangle, around the Bukit Bintang Area of Kuala Lumpur.

I am a German, who came to Malaysia and Asia back in 1993, initially with the United Nations. In this capacity, I worked at the Prime Minister's Department in Kuala Lumpur.
Following this, I moved to Indonesia, Singapore and back to Malaysia, which now is my home.

Wow… this mall looks elegant, top class & modern. Other South East Asia Mall looks big & modern but not elegant & classy. You can see TRX the building material used is high end and expensive. High end shopping mall. The building ceiling is high makes the mall looks classy and high end too. Nice video

Exactly you are correct…..I took 2 solid days to explore The Exchange TRX… that doesn’t include the Seibu Department Store which is also the biggest Department Store in KL. I think I will come again just to visit Seibu this coming long Xmas weekend.

One very distinct feature of THE EXCHANGE seen in all vlogs is the wide spacious easy breezy walkway passage in the mall. Have you seen on TH-cam the newly open billion $$$ ICONSIAM, Bangkok? Give a watch. One might get claustrophobic trying to survive getting thru the chaotic visitor's traffic in the mall! Near impossible during peak wkend! What a wow factor huge contrast with TRX❤
You are right. TRX's aisles are huge and catering to larger crowds. I just followed your suggestions and watched one video of the Icon Siam Mall, and yes, it seems that their aisles are much smaller. Too small for such large mall? Thanks for pointing it out. :-)
