Since you are in Bukit Bintang area you have missed another new big mall called Lalaport…just 5 min walks from Berjaya Times Square…and also another mall called Sg Wang Plaza just beside Lot 10… You also missed another mega mall in KL which is MidValley mega mall and The Garden. Both are accessible by LRT

Reachable by LRT n monorail hangtuah station and imbi station. Also neighbouring TRX is MyTown where IKEA KL situated. Its a lil bit tricky to reach them from TRX unless u take MRT where TRX station is in between bukit bintang and Chocraine station where MyTown is located. Velocity n Aeon mall are also here.

Pavillion is like the benchmark for decorations esp during major Festival (CNY, Aidilfitri, Deepavali, Xmas). 2nd place usually goes to KLCC. Having said that, all mall usually will have some sort of decorations to celebrate the festivals.
In those states governed by PAS, you will not see Santa Claus as Xmas decor, because the authority does not want its people to be influenced by such figurines. You see only Snow man and gingerbread man.
You forgot Lalaport shopping mall just close to Berjaya Times Square. Another high end mall coming up Merdeka Mall beneath Merdeka 118 tower, 2nd tallest building in the world 😅
