i reached 200 km/h today. maybe it was a bit downhill. but the accerelation above 180 is crap. well its a big car and 180 km/h is enought for the most normal people
you didn't use 6th gear, I was curious to see how much the engine revs at 160 km/h in 6th gear. I think that whoever buys a Ford Kuga does not use it for cruising speeds higher than 140-160 km/h, it is a car for the family, I think. The gasoline engine has the advantage that it can be used a lot in urban traffic without DPF problems

Bin gestern mit meinem 1.5 st line 4x4 Automatik locker 205 km/h gefahren und muss dazu sagen das er auch zügig auf 205 gekommen ist , versteh diese Leute nicht die sagen bitte kein 1.5 benziner kaufen , auf der Autobahn hat meiner echt

Hast recht, hab auch die 1.5l Variante mit Vmax drinne meiner geht auf 240 dank focus rs rennluftfilter upgrade und tuning, denke der Motor wird bestimmt 100.000 schaffen bis der kaputt geht.

Supercharged Magazine even seeing more city cars from the 1990s would be interesting but a 1930s car sounds very interesting.
It's speed limited i think cause the rpm is just on 4900 so i think it can take the 205 or 210 kph

Mooie auto voor het dagelijkse gebruik voor het gezin. Maar voor op de snelweg met hoge snelheden zijn ford motoren altijd al zwak geweest. Je hebt bij ford veel paardenkrachten nodig om 200 km/h te halen. Zelf de meest snelle motoren in ford modellen zijn van andere fabrikanten.

the kuga is legal in the usa. so if you have the money to buy one in europe and then import it to the usa, you can do it.

Christopher Sewell get the 2.0l that North America gets. 245 hp 275 lbs of torque. I would love to have my 2.0 with the manual transmission.

Kuga is the Ford Escape. Ford Escape is not at Germany.
Erinnert mich als Fahrzeuge mit 5 Gängen aufkamen, da stand in der Bedienungsanleitung immer "Das Fahrzeug erreicht seine Höchstgeschwindigkeit im 4. Gang." ;)

Pack nen Chip rauf und alles ist gut.. dann läuft er 210 und nimmt 1l weniger.
Zum Kuga passen Dieselmotoren einfach besser, meiner Meinung nach.

Hab gerade ein kuga mit benzin gekauft, warum denkst du diesel ist besser?
@@abc-jm2zq Weil ein Dieselmotor, meiner Meinung nach, einfach besser zu der Charakteristik des Kuga passt. Wir haben selber ein Kuga Mk1 mit dem 2.0 TDCI und 4x4. Harmoniert perfekt.

bei entspannter fahrweise 8,2liter laut boardcomputer bei mir, kann aber noch mehr sein

@@coded_real ist nur 4x2 und ich vertraue dem boardcomputer nie so ganz. der sagt zwar 8,2 liter aber beim tanken wars dann doch ein bischen mehr
@@Leichensalat2 ja da hast du recht bordcomputer ist eher auf weniger verbrauch getrimmt...da hast du recht....aber eben wenn man liest,dass ford oder andere immer schummeln ich hab jetzt ein Alfa Giulia gekauft alfa romeo sagt es sollte circa 3.5l auf 100km verbrauchen aber mein bordcomputer ist NIE unterhalb von 6.5l auf 100km .....ich glaube die haben den test im leergang und die test bahn war sicherlich mit 30% neigung!sonst ist es unmõglich auf 3.5l runter

Hallo Benzin Motoren von Ford ist leider zu schwach so vergleich zu TSI Motoren kann auch sein das die Benzin Motoren von Ford wenig Drehmoment haben oder gedrosselt ein Passat 1.4 TSI 125 PS weit über 200 km Fahren Ich weiß auch Geschwindigkeiten sollte man mit GPS messen MFG
don't compare the Kuga with the Passat, they are totally different classes, totally different aerodynamic coefficient, and the Kuga has 500 kg more. you can't compare apples with pears!

Hab die st line mit 240 ps alles luftpumpen die 180 ps Variante muss schlimmer sein als meiner mit 240... nächster wird audi, aber 180 ps.... viel spass :/

@@SuperchargedMagazine feels like it's software limited tbh... a damned 1350kg 1.6tdci 90hp MK2 focus can reach 220km/h on speedo, measured as 213km/h on gps..

Dann erreicht ja der Kuga seine 195km/h Werksangabe garnicht wenn man noch die Toleranz vom Tacho abzieht schafft das Auto ja nur ca. 187km/h...
Das hatte mich auch gewundert. Mehr als die 192 kmh im 4ten Gang war einfach nicht drin.
Da bin ich froh um meinen Astra 1.4 Turbo der geht ab wie Hölle 🎉
