- Welcome to this guided meditation, ASMR Reiki & sound healing, where I will be taking you through an explicit journey to self-discovery through deep relaxation & sound vibrational therapy. This guided mediation is best to be used laying down, right before you go to sleep without any distraction. It can also be used if you are trying to learn how to meditate, or if you are trying to enhance the depth of your meditation & awareness, as I will be taking you through every step of the way in order to bring you into a state of oneness within this present moment.
(Please don’t use this sound while driving or while operating heavy machinery)
If you are looking for ways to improve the quality & longevity of your sleep then this guided meditation will help you to enhance your mind, body & soul into a deep state of relaxation, so you can sleep for longer leaving you feeling refreshed & rejuvenated.
In general meditation has many benefits to your overall health and wellbeing. It can increase your mood, allow you to think clearer, reduce anxiety as well as stress & it can help you to feel more wholesome & present within this moment. If you give yourself the time & patience to sit with yourself through meditation it can truly life changing in many ways.

I don't know if I’m misusing your videos, but I have found myself just falling asleep to them. I had some amazing experiences during my first 3 videos of yours. (Amazing, as in feeling extreme warmth in my hands (when in your video, you rubbed yours together) and just a feeling of clarity and overall love towards myself and the people closest to me.) They bring me a sense of safety and relaxation I was not prepared for. For someone who's exceptionally sensitive to sound, your videos (for me) works a treat. Thank you so much and I hope you'll keep posting.

Reiki effects each person differently just as any ordinary appointment , like a massage therapy , some may want to talk , some will just simply fall asleep . But reiki also can include feeling nothing , chills, tingling, heat everything is different so I've learned . I've only had one session on me, and took two classes immediately when I could because I've always wanted to heal others but this has helped me thrive in many ways. And I want to thank all the instructors for their guidance even if we are all one and the same ⏳

Hi Michael! I first saw you on my fyp on TikTok about 2 weeks ago, and instantly felt drawn to your energy. I was going through a lot when your video found me, but when I followed you, I was on and off when it came to my healing journey. I started watching more of your videos each day, and it brought me great clarity. I was going through a very tough break up, and still feeling the intense emotions of it. When I found you on youtube yesterday, I spent 3 hours watching your videos, healing myself, aligning my chakras and removing any bad energies near me. After those videos I saw a big white light just getting larger and larger. I did decide to buy your book too! It has helped me to write down my own manifestations, and how to incorporate them into my life, and how to make them come true. I am so grateful that your tiktok video found your way to me, if it didn't I would probably still feel stuck in my life, which is how I felt before seeing you.
