Nice review! ive been contemplating getting the za13 for so long, used the za12 years ago and it was too bulky for med with 18x9 handsize its good to know that za13 works for smaller hands. Also i saw zowie will release the U3 at some point so ill consider that too
The ZA13 is def worth it, best hump in the game IMO. I also heard about the U3 coming too! I think it's smaller, right? U2 fits great in small hands too IMO.
@@LobsterReviews-r1b Yeah it should be the smaller considering how they name their other mice. But yeah im probably getting the za13, the shape is just more interesting to me than other mice. Maybe ill just drive to a max gaming and actually test mice in hand though if possible lol.
Great review! I have 16.5x8 hand size, also use palm claw hybrid grip. I need to try this mouse, sounds so good. All the mice i have tried doesnt have high enough hump
You should definitely try it! The hump is fantastic brother, and if you do get it, make sure to constantly use it for a few days and you're gonna get that locked-in feel.
Nice review, and I really like that you compare this to the U2 as I also have the U2. I love the U2, but I have felt the same way as you have, where there are times with inconsistent aim.
Thank you and great question! Main clicks feel more or less the same, very crispy and overall amazing click feeling! The scroll wheel middle click is lighter on the ZA13-DW and feels somewhat better than the U2's imo.
the lightweight takes r crazy to me because the zowie fk etc were the most used mouse in cs for years and they were all 80-85g on top of having a wire. this wasn't even that many years ago
Thank you brother, that means alot! My CM/360 for Finals, and I believe most other games are 58.32cm/360. I use basically only glasspads now and I am an arm aimer :)
This still your favorite shape? I own the OP18k and ZA12-C.. I feel like it's a good balance to switch to either given the game but I also feel like I should get a ZA13-DW
@@dillacorn_linux this is still my favorite shape. Also if you have the ZA12-C and the OP1 8k, and already provides you a great balance, then no need to get the ZA13-DW, what you already have is great :)
@@crimnvL depending on your region, it can def get pricey so I totally understand, luckily there are so many great budget options nowadays. Unfortunately, I don’t think there is a budget version of the ZA13 shape just yet.
What's your thoughts if you compare between Endgame gear XM2W 4K for shape, quality, qoating, performans. My hand size 185x105mm and currently using gpx2 and it feels bulky to me.
Great Question brother. To answer your question properly, I wanted to ask, what is your grip style? The XM2W 4k quality and coating is just genuinely amazing, especially the coating, it really sticks to your hands. Performance-wise, its endgamegear so the responsiveness is top notch.
@@LobsterReviews-r1b I'm not an expert, so my technical explanation might not be sufficient, but let me explain. First of all, I use a claw grip, but since the GPX2 has a high middle elevation and the clicks are not aggressively sloped downwards, I can't achieve the grip I want. I want to hold it with my fingers slightly bent, and at the same time, because there isn't an inward curve at the side, I can't grip it tightly. I prefer the back of the upper part to be high, as I want my hand to make contact with the area under my knuckles (MCP). I also want the back of my palm to touch the mouse. I don't like bending my pinky and ring fingers too much; instead, I enjoy holding the corners with my extended fingers. Here, I want there to be enough space on the right front corner of the mouse. In short, you can think of it as a pincer claw grip and knuckle claw grip (MCP grip) hybrid. The GPX is large in both width and height, so I try to hold the mouse further back to create space in my palm, allowing for better downward movement of the mouse. I hope I've expressed myself well. If you could also take a look at the conversation I had with the other friend below, you can see my comments on the other mice I've used. Thank you for your interest. www.reddit.com/r/MouseReview/s/1ezUsjZ4tK I used the Zowie EC3-CW a while ago, and I found it a bit short in length and narrow on the sides. It also caused some pain in my elbow. Of course, it's an ergonomic mouse, but I wanted to mention it. Ps: kinda like its consistency 😂 Also, I had the opportunity to try the Zowie U2 in a store. The height at the back fit perfectly in my palm (without any gaps), and the thumb position was great. However, I think I found it uncomfortable due to the narrowness of the front right edge, which made it difficult to grip the mouse properly. Perhaps this information could serve as a reference for you to write your thoughts. 😊 I did not try the ec2-cw so I do not wanna use it because the weight a anyway 😂 normally yes relaxed claw but when I use ec3-cw I had to use aggressive claw because of size and I think that make pain but 1 week later pain goes away. With gpx2 I only use palm because of the size litter bigger and wide. I used the DAV3 Pro wireless for almost 1,5 years but I found it long (above 124-125mm is big for me) and bulk. Also I did npt like Razer qoating and it had cracking noise all the time after 4-5 months.
