I got the 360 E for Christmas as my first console and I loved it and still do, I’ve had it for years and see it everyday when I walk into my room. I’m still very happy and thankful that my parents got it for me.
The 360 era had such great games that still hold up very well today - and you very rarely had to ever wait for an update to those games (and the updates weren’t mandatory, so you could just start the game anyway if you wanted to).
My first ever console was the Xbox 360 E with Kinect which we bought when it was new, had a blast playing countless hours of cod black ops 2 and nfs with my friends back in the day, had great fun. Still play on it from time to time (it still works to this day) mainly for the nostalgia and also because I like playing some of the older games like cod bo2, forza 2, nfs most wanted and some Kinect games as well. Love this console, great memories.
That's the console revision that the guys from microsoft were saying to Geoff Keighley "the xbox one will be an always online system and if they want a system to not be always online, we've got the xbox 360" and Geoff Keighley's like "are you sure you want to say that?"

It's funny because the most reliable Xbox 360 is the Jasper model phat from late 2008-2010. The reason being is because starting with the S, all board revisions combined the CPU and GPU into one chip, whereas the Jasper still had a separate CPU and GPU and reaps the benefits of that setup. Not to mention the fact that when the PS3 Slim released, the board still had a separate CPU and GPU, and those consoles have even less issues than the 360 S. If you’re thinking, going back to Xbox 360 either for nostalgia, or maybe you’re gaming on a budget. I highly recommend Xbox 360 E. Not only do I generally think the console looks really cool in modern sense, but it’s also really reliable. It doesn’t have the red ring of death and it has a lot of modern features including accepting a hard drive. That’s awesome.
My 360 E model is the only 360 I've ever owned, and it's literally sitting two feet from me hooked up to my TV. What I love most about the E model is the cooling was all completely redesigned, and it runs whisper quiet and ice cold.
The cooling on a 2013 model e corona is completely 100% identical to the trinity and corona (2010-2013) model s consoles. Same heat sink, same fan, hell even the same thermal paste lol. I can't speak about the Winchester motherboard though. I haven't messed with one of those in like 7 years.
This is the model of 360 I own, that 1tb hdd isn't even half full. I got it for Christmas around 2012 or 2013, and I've made so many memories with it, halo 3 was probably my most played 360 game, back when the servers were still up, and it was still really popular back then too. 😊
I first bought a refurbished 360 slim (250gb) and then damaged the hdmi so i replaced it with a 360 E as it was cheaper than paying for repairs after i got the One. Some games didn’t work on the next gen yet. Still have that thing
My dad bought it from Singapore in 2013 and the first game I played on it was NFS hot pursuit and other kinect games, to this day I am enjoying by playing on it
I've had every model of the 360 and the E is my absolute favorite. Sucks that there's no USB port but I've had mine since 2016 with no problems! Runs like a dream still!
I remember we got a custom made Xbox 360 E from a pawn shop a while ago and it was just sitting there. We think the owners sold it because hard drive problems we’re making it in usable but we just took the hard drive out when that happened and when we looked at the memory unit on the 360 it had save data from 2014, we use the Xbox every day and it is still kicking
I actually still have and play on my Xbox 360 E! 500 GB of hard drive space! Had it for 4-5 years now. Minecraft, MW2, Dishonored, and Super meat boy are my faves.
I got a 360 E after my OG 360 that I got on launch got the red ring and wouldn't turn on anymore. Most of my friends were on 360 and almost all my games were 360 games so I just got whatever best buy had in stock, which was a 360 E. I sold it when I went to pc a few years later, but sometimes I wish I had held onto it, I think it looks very nice and you just dont see them all that often.

I got a xbox 360 E. My aunt got it for me and my brother's in 2013. It was a pretty good system. It's the best running 360 model. Though the fans still go crazy if you play Halo 4 or minecraft and have a lot of buildings on screen
I have the slim didn’t know it was the slim version and have heard of the e but never thought anything of it. When I was little I had my Wii, Ds lite and Xbox 360 but I’ve just been a Nintendo kid because they have Pokémon.
Got all 3, and had them in order of release. The days of the original 360 and having to run a cable from my router before I got the wireless attachment 😳
I had an OG Xbox 360 Arcade when it first came out, didn’t even come with a hard drive I don’t think, just a memory card almost like a PS2. Got many, many, MANY hours of use out of it throughout my childhood until she finally red ringed on me one day.
My dad bought me this 360 E when i was 4 or 5 so i can play skylanders which i absolutely loved from playing at the mall (there were 2 xbox you could play on for small cost). Now i own around 250 skylanders
I upgraded to the E from the Slim. It ran better and had way more storage space (I got the 4GB version of the slim and that was NOT working at all). So it was a great upgrade for those who were holding on to the 360, and it still works today.
I had the OG 360 when it launched. But I sold it at one point. As i have gotten older I missed my old Xbox 360 games. while I sure as shit wasn't going to buy a used OG one, I know they fixed them with a different mother board at one point but still. I found a used E for 80 bucks. Bought it with a lot of games (these 360 games are actually pricey today) Super happy with it. Ran through Gears 3, FEAR 2 and 3 and Condemned 2 now running Max Payne 3. The nostalgia is real every time I turn it on.
I remember actually always wanting one and looking at the 360e on amazon everyday. Sadly at that time we couldnt afford it. Many many years later a started working and got myself a PC. Now i own every major console.

The E was my first Xbox had that thing since gta5 came out it was a blast never had problems gave me memories I'd never forget
I've had all 3 models and if I had still gotten storage I'd have them all again. They were all great.
Putting a Xbox 360 E like that Hurt's My soul and Eye's
This is the model of 360 I own, that 1tb hdd isn't even half full. I got it for Christmas around 2012 or 2013, and I've made so many memories with it, halo 3 was probably my most played 360 game, back when the servers were still up, and it was still really popular back then too. 😊
I first bought a refurbished 360 slim (250gb) and then damaged the hdmi so i replaced it with a 360 E as it was cheaper than paying for repairs after i got the One. Some games didn’t work on the next gen yet. Still have that thing
The E looks like an easy trick to pull on a guy who wanted an Xbox One.
Also the Xbox 360 E has upgraded hardware and better cooling over all other Xbox 360's.
I grew up with the Xbox 360 e its was my favorite console its was cheaper then the Xbox one and it still was fun.
My buddy had one when we were young and we’d play halo reach after a day at the pool. Good times
My dad bought it from Singapore in 2013 and the first game I played on it was NFS hot pursuit and other kinect games, to this day I am enjoying by playing on it
i got my Xbox 360E as a birthday gift from my grandpa in 2014. love u grandpa ^_^
I've got the xbox 360 E I've had all the models of the xbox 360. Phat, slim and E, the E is the smallest, quietest and is energy efficient.
I actually still have and play on my Xbox 360 E! 500 GB of hard drive space! Had it for 4-5 years now. Minecraft, MW2, Dishonored, and Super meat boy are my faves.
Ngl, I got confused years ago between this and the Xbox 360 Elite
I had the 360 e and remember it would start to smell like burning plastic during extended gaming sessions never died though.
i have the 360e in my storage unit. it was the first console i ever got as a christmas present
It was a cool console, Xbox made a great decision giving the 360 a last hurrah and making it a doorway to the One
I never forget the Xbox 360 i refuse to stand it like that though it damages disks but i think people still underestimate it
I have an xbox 360 E that was made in 2014. One of the very last ones off the assembly line.
my first console was ps2 then in 2014 this xbox 360 E, thank you dad for these 2 birthday gifts i still have it..and now that im 30 and it still works this console is a tank. i keep replaying asuras wrathh 😅
I went from the OG White Xbox to the Matte Black Slim and to the Black E Model.
The E is my favorite one by far!
I bought a E back in 2013 with 250 gb + 2 games for $199 at 🎯 as a back up to my elite model..🤗
I got a xbox 360 E. My aunt got it for me and my brother's in 2013. It was a pretty good system. It's the best running 360 model. Though the fans still go crazy if you play Halo 4 or minecraft and have a lot of buildings on screen
The 360 E is my first Xbox console! I plugged it in recently to play the orange box on it to see how it runs
Fun fact
The E models are the ones being used by one of the biggest family entertainment centers here in my country for their just dance arcade
I have very single Xbox 360 and I went through them all and I had so many old friends on it
I have a blue Xbox 360 E and it's my favorite model of the Xbox 360s
That's easily my favorite design for the 360.
I have the special edition blue model of that console. I love it to pieces!
I remember actually always wanting one and looking at the 360e on amazon everyday. Sadly at that time we couldnt afford it. Many many years later a started working and got myself a PC. Now i own every major console.
I have the E. It came with a 512gig hard drive a believe. That xbox actually gave me a lot of issues
