It's super good that way. It's a restaurant trick. If it's hot meat ( like a burger) toast the bread on a grill or fry pan with butter, then apply the condiments. Try it, you'll love it.

Thanks for this update guys. When I was in high school, I built a solar cell from scratch, and made it work (Physics class - 1965). At the time, I thought that the time would come when I would be 100% solar. Every few years, I do the math and determine the ROI (Return on Investment), since I am on the grid (Hancock County, WV). While the ROI has improved, it is still 7.5 - 9 years with no dependable lifespan data on the less expensive solar panels or the inverters, thus a failure of either will delay the ROI breakeven point. Last time I checked, the cost per KWH for solar was about 30 cents in my area while the utility cost is about 12 cents. Our sun factor is only 31% and in my part of West Virginia, we get on average, only 12 sunny days in the Winter Season. Example, this season which began on 12/21, we have yet to have a sunny day (substantially full sun hours between from 9 & 4). It would seem to me that your new plan is sound, but I will be interested in hearing about how many sunny days that you guys see. Putting my reality in perspective, 12 days in a 3 month season = 1 sunny day per week. Good Luck with the new addition! Best Regards, Bob A.

On a further side note: My family & I were having a little grilled hotdog lunch one day and out of nowhere I COULD TASTE THEM. I wept because I could taste them and my family began laughing. I went back for another and lost the taste again Oh well. Over these past seven years I've regained my ability to fully taste maybe three times. But whatever you do DON'T GIVE UP! LOL, My wife and I have had the discussion about proper placement of the condiments on a sandwich . I do mayo on the bottom bread, then the cheese, then the meats , then mustard on the under side of the top bread. so both breads get the condiments . this has been argued over since the dawn of the sandwich . just like the toilet paper direction. The great thing about the sandwich discussion is even master chefs do it differently than other master chefs. there is no right way . Sandwich- mayo both sides, meat, cheese, then mustard in the cheese. This ensures that the mustard won’t go anywhere while I am flipping the bread. Side note: By putting the condiments on the bread, it absorbs the flavour. I use to work in a bakery. Also, while working or travelling- sandwich Tupperware, never bags. This protects the sandwich.
Real simple. I put the mayo on both sides of the bread upper and lower, yum and eat it right away. As far as when I am on a job, or going out on my boat for the day, I put the mayo anywhere in the middle of stuff but keep the bread dry both sides. The one thing I want to say is you guys are terrific. Let it be a testimony to your joinery that the biggest issue you have between you is where to put the mayo. :-) That's a riot.
You are spot on, panels are cheap so add as many as possible early on then as money allows increase the battery bank so you then can run for 5-7days with snow and cloud etc no problem and run AC all summer no problem. Josh needs a workshop so having loads of power will be good for the house build, farm and workshop build 👍

It took over six weeks for me get taste and smell back after covid19. I was very sick with it bad case of pneumonia but luckily not hospitalized. Just basic anti-biotics did the trick. I put it on the bottom of the top bun. If you take a sandwich to work with the mayo between the meat and cheese to keep bread from getting soggy before you eat your sandwich turn the meet around so the mayo is on the bread then it won't be sliding around.

I put mayonnaise on the top of the bottom bread, then the tomatoes and pickles (sometimes red onion), then the meat and cheese, then honey mustard on the bottom of the top piece. Flavors from all angles.

A majority of restaurants and sandwich deli always dress the bread with the condiments. The meat or main ingredient of the sandwich is placed in the bottom slice of bread or bun, then topped with cheese , then vegetables with the top bread slice of bread with any condiments all ready applied.

In Moscow, there is almost no sun in December and in January. My solar panels only support batteries for backup energy.

I put it on the bottom of the top bun. If you take a sandwich to work with the mayo between the meat and cheese to keep bread from getting soggy before you eat your sandwich turn the meet around so the mayo is on the bread then it won't be sliding around.

I put mayonnaise on the top of the bottom bread, then the tomatoes and pickles (sometimes red onion), then the meat and cheese, then honey mustard on the bottom of the top piece. Flavors from all angles.

A majority of restaurants and sandwich deli always dress the bread with the condiments. The meat or main ingredient of the sandwich is placed in the bottom slice of bread or bun, then topped with cheese , then vegetables with the top bread slice of bread with any condiments all ready applied.
