Late late comment here, but I just want to say thank you so much for uploading videos like this being as busy as you already are! They are very much helpful and insightful, and even encouraging to people who are training and/or trying to live a healthier life. I will for sure be looking at these shoes as I am a triple jumper who needs to have appropriate footwear for short sprints and bounds.
@@kingsleyscHi sir,I have one question. I'm doing sports day in a few days. It's the 200m and re-lay 100mx4 on grass. Would the streakfly still do me good, or should I get something else
Great video Aaron! I rock the Metcons in the gym too. Especially with any lateral movements. But I switch them out with the Pegasus if I do anything dynamic or linear. Let’s get you though 10k! Ps… you and Noah using the same editor? It’s 🔥
Thanks for watching 👊🏾 you’ve definitely been put on game because you know what you’re doing with your shoes! And nah man, I actually edit myself. I had my boy Jerome film this one for me and but all 2022 I’ve been doing that too!
We are starting sprinting season and i want to know what shoe to get the pegasus turbo or the invincible to do sprints and drills. Also does pegasus turbo have more cushion then the streakflys? I come from
If you like extra cushioning shoes go with the invincible. If you like the lighter weight feel go pegasus turbo. Turbos have more cushion than streakflys yes
Hi bro I need to *sprint* on *concrete* - the ones you suggested seem like they’re not good for getting off the ground/ accelerating and May slip. Kindly let me know any options you think can work! (Nike used to have this run-lift-jump hybrid like 10 years ago that was optimal. Now everything is too specialised)
not sure when exactly this came out but the nike react infinity run 4s came out july 13th 2023 and i was wondering if those are a better option for the all purpose
do you have any weight lifting schedules for sprinters? i really failed to find anything substantial last summer and need to take advantage of this summer
I currently only have Streakflys which I use for sprint workouts and I plan to use them to practice during my upcoming senior track season of high school. I'll be running 100s, 200s, and some hurdles. Do you think streakflys will be enough or do you think I should also get some Pegasus Turbo Next Natures?
After watching a few of Aaron’s videos and with my own personal judgment, I would say that the streakflys will be your lightweight workhorse of a shoe that can get you through a great deal of runs. Aaron also made another video about his impressions on various shoes including the streakflys, calling them his favorite shoe. th-cam.com/video/8SCiqlNYdYM/w-d-xo.html I personally use the pegasus 39 shields. They’re the pegasus 39’s built for the elements. I am saying all of this from a perspective of running a 10.75 in the 100m and a 21.76 in the 200. Thank you for reading through and I hope my words will work in your benefit
You can definitely get the job done with the streakfly but if you like a little more support then the pegasus turbo next natures is your best bet. All about personal preference Purchase Link 👇🏾 go.magik.ly/ml/1mivi
Streakflys are terrible for sprinting and absolutely slowing me down because of cushioning! My legs hurt like hell after even sprinting 60m. Kinda dissapointed! For all day walks, amazing!
Am running 1.04 in flying 10m from 20m and 3.29 in flying 30m. Do you have any tips to improve that times. Actually am a sprinter who started this like 2 years ago and am serious to improve.
Hello, I would like to start training 100m sprints. But I've had problems with my big toe base joint for years after last time trying. I think it was bc modern shoes force the toes together in an unnatural way. Can you recommend anything to me? Barefoot shoes maybe?

New runner here looking for a shoe for 10-30 minute HIIT sprint sessions and short running sessions on the road or park paths. Which would you recommend more for this focus, the Streakfly or the Pegasus 39?
Both great options. Between those two I’d probably lean toward the streakflys but I’d also suggest you consider the Pegasus turbo: go.magik.ly/ml/1pr62/
@@kingsleysc Appreciate the response! I went with the Pegasus 39 as I was able to try them on locally to confirm they fit well, and they had color ways I enjoyed online. I'll keep your other recommendations and channel in mind if I stick with it and need my next pair!

Hello Aaron. I'm 33 so I want all the speed boost I can get for short distance runs like 30m or 60m. I just get a huge kick from running at my top speed :). Should I go for the invincibles or do you have a better suggestion now?

Small question for the Nike Zoomfly 5, I am a triple jumper in which it requires a a lot of bounding and other explosive plyometrics.
