Pretty cool light. We have one similar to your old one that we keep in our gear for tent camping by the truck. The upgraded one you have has some nice added features with the charging capabilities. Although not a lot of charge on your phone from the solar panels it still gave you some. Great for when you are low on power. Have a great day.
It would be so much fun. You and Kevin on the foothill trail! 😁👍 This lantern definitely is a good backup plan. But how much does it weigh? When you film along the way, the battery does go down fast... Have a great day! Kaat
Love those lights. I have the original. Honestly I wouldn't depend on that to charge much. You'll be hiking during daylight hours. I do like it as an emergency. Better off just carrying another battery bank. See ya in a few. 👍
Looks great in summer, but fall, winter, and spring around here is pretty dark, and normally clouded over, so I think recharging the light is probably dependent on use in the Sunbelt.
I just started taking a light similar to that on my short hikes, they come in real handy. Wish I could get the time off to do the Foothills trail with you guys, thats about my pace too these days. Shoot me a message and let me know when you guys plan to go and let me see what I can do
I've been carrying original one around for few years on my backpacking trips. Usually use it to light up the campsites. Considering upgrade it to Pro 2.0 for charging capacity.👀🏮🏕

I don't think it's the solar charging my phone. I just hope the sun will give the light enough to keep it charged.
Looks like a nice lantern! ❤ Thanks for sharing! 😊
Thanks for watching!
I love my Luci light. 😊
I think I'm going to like it too.
I love luci lights. I think I’ll grab the new one 👍🏻👍🏻
Not too fast, it has not been fully tested by me.
@@SeniorHiker77 I shall wait 😁
Johnny Kamper- the man of useful gadgets 👍
Thanks JayBryd. Are you guys going to Pinhotifest this weekend?
@@SeniorHiker77 we are not, but I know you will have a great time
Hey 👋 seems like a nice lantern 😊
I think so too!

Have a great day! Kaat
It weighs 156g. Kevin's got to find 9~10 that's available for him.
@SeniorHiker77 I hope that is will work out for you! 😁
Nice review and video. Thank you for sharing 😊
Hope it helps your decision.

Thanks for the tips!
I think everyone has one of those except me... The solar option is nice.. ATB 77
The solar option needs to be proven. It looks like it works. Thanks Maxx.
sounds good my friend
I hole it works out. Thanks John

I didn't think about that, but you are probably right.

Thanks for the comment.
Been thinking about getting one of those...good review 😊
I haven't 100% tested it yet. It seems to work.

I have the red luci light, just arrived a couple days ago. Debating the regular one
I think the pro 2.0 is the way to go.
You stash extra clothes, powerbank and food at the mid point.
Then you still have to carry the empty bank. Lol

It's a little pricy, but if it works, it will be a nice addition to my gear
You've got a lumberjack working there🪚
They look like great lights💡🔦
The day I decided to make this video, my neighbor cut down 3 trees. Lol
Thanks! Appreciate the info!
@@SeniorHiker77 they wanted to be part of the video too😁
