Friendly comment, the +2 on the screen was the exposure meter not the white balance and there are some cases when u need to set it to + or minus depends on what u r shooting , example if what u r shooting is too bright the camera will try to adjust to 18% gray so ur footage will be under exposed to force the camera brighten it to the right exposure you will the the exposure meter to +1 for example. the opposit will apply if u r shooting dark scene. hope it was helpful and not too complecated and good luck 👍
When watching, I would've thought you had a million subscribers. Great video man, very well edited, high quality audio, and the timing and flow was just overall very entertaining and you didn't lose my attention for a second.
Yeah, I started watching as it popped up on my recommended feed, and when you said you have another channel with ~1k subs, I was like... what? Thought this was on the 50k+ range, just from the quality and execution. Great work!
I totally agree! You're so natural on camera. I love how you behave and are so sympathetic. I'm still trying to not be awkward on camera and for you it seems so easy!
It's kind of nice to see a beginners video where there's a beginner on both ends of the lens. I'm assuming you were already good at talking to camera, from your football channel. The concept is a useful addition to the content out there.
Hey Darrick! This video got you a new subscriber. :) I have my ZV-e10 on its way from Amazon as I type this. Very excited! :) I got the bundle with the kit lens, but I figure with time, I'll figure out what lens I need/want/etc. Looking forward to more videos, friend. Be blessed!
Thanks for creating this! Would you be open to going over audio set up, pre and post (including audio mixing). I feel like there is a need for this, for TH-camrs. It’s so hard to find videos on this :/
Hope you make more of these videos, I have the same camera with its Kit Lens.. The 16-50 isn't wide enough for my studio so I'm just grinding with it till getting maybe the Sony 11mm How are you liking that Viltrox lens?
I think this camera is a great beginners camera. It's also my first ever camera (not including the point and shoot disposable cameras in the 1990s lol) and after 15 months I've become very comfortable recording content with it. I picked up an external monitor for it since the screen is so small and my eyes arent what they used to be lol.
Since we are beginners as well, we had a question. At the end you give advice on the settings for the sound, but we noticed you are using a wireless microphone. Will the setting have to be different without using an external microphone? Many thanks in advance.
It definitely would! There is a display option that shows your audio levels. I would suggest using that one and mess around with it until you find the input level that works best for your needs!
Bro can this camera make all videos required for youtube? Like interview, story video, news and all others. And which common lens would be useful in low budget to make all these videos. Pls suggest.
rolling shutter isn't a big problem especally for TH-cam videos. Its there but as long as you're not swinging your camera all over the place, you're fine @@itsstrez

Why are my eyes leaking? 🥹

LOVE YOUR DOG! I have two Shih Tzus
TODAY IS HIS 15TH BIRTHDAY!
Great video! Your audio is particularly impressive. Any tips on how to get the best out of your wireless mic please?
I’m thinking of making a video about this!

I really like how it looks honestly.
Glad you’re working with what you’ve got!

That’s a great get!
I run a Sony 11 1.8 for vlogging Sigma 16 1.4 for studio videos. Sigma 56 1.4 for portraits.
I’d love a sigma lens
make photography content. i love your content.
I’m hoping to in the future!

It can absolutely do all of those things.
I love the lens i use as well. Viltrox 20mm f2.8
Please put your ticking clock in another room. Great video.
I think you’re hearing the background beats.
Love your video and I’m getting one soon. What SD card do you use?
I should’ve linked it! I use the Sony Tough M Series 128GB cards.
@@itsstrez I really appreciate you
How is the picture quality on the camera using the lens?
@mlbpropertygroup it’s actually really great once you dial in your shutter speed and everything.
I am impressed! Your SD card is close to the value of the camera :P
Hahahaha it’s about 10% the price
that is a good beginner camera, I just don’t like the rolling shutter….nice video brother
Idk what that means! *opens google*
rolling shutter isn't a big problem especally for TH-cam videos. Its there but as long as you're not swinging your camera all over the place, you're fine @@itsstrez
Oh btw you can still get blurry background with a lower F stop. Its all about DOF (depth of field) The higher F stop the lower your DOF :)
Yes! I’m learning that
do you use any picture profile or just manual exposure?
Manual Exposure
Len viltrox 13mm F1.4 is wider❤
Yes! I plan on purchasing that eventually because I’m loving how this viltrox lens is looking!
Wich microphones you use ?
Just posted a new video this week talking about it!
У меня такая же камера ребята
NICE!
2024 is a Sony hype year? Let's go, I had enough of fuji simulations
I couldn’t tell you anything about a Fuji camera 😂

M is for Manual, not a Movie. :))
Had no idea! 😅😅😅
These days it what most of us can afford, we cant go out and get a Grands worth of camera..... so we make do with this or the Canon G7X mk2
Master these and then when you hit it big go buy the big stuff. 🫡
ill get this camera next month 🫡, great video.
You won’t be disappointed! Thanks for watching! 🫡🫡
I think you should go for a6400 brother.
@@ExploreRey I was thinking the same but the flip screen just look terrible to me 🙃
