Telkei Hmm, Helga, Solly, assumably Hasrad once they clear the Crimson Ring, Panic, Task, Greckles, Bork, Turisk. They are trying to recruit Steve and may try for Willow, so yeah about ten for the immediate foreseeable future.
Oh my God! That's perfect tension relief I think I've ever seen.
The performance of Steve was so engrossing. I can't give praise enough for how well that was done.
While I'm a fan of both this show and Critical Role, I'm just gonna throw this out there:
It took 64 episodes for CR to bring me to tears with the death of Tiberius Stormwind...
...and in this show Taka's sister Monty made me weep like a widow with a Warforged tour guide NPC in the EIGHTH. FREAKIN. EPISODE.

Hey, Taka, I've got a question: Could you do a one-shot of you playing Skyrim as Borky? I've never played Skyrim as a Melee focused character and decided to do so by recreating Borky myself and... Well, he's about as brutal as he is in the D&D sessions. XD
That, and shouting gives him powers and abilities. It's perfect for Borky really.

Well hey, we have heard from the players themselves that they want to recruit Steve, WIllow is sort of out of a job since her Master is dead (and behind bars but hopefully that is temporary), and I think the guys all really like Rivi and Lily and would love to have them join if possible.

Telkei Well, Borky was like two steps away from trying to kidnap Steve, so they clearly wanted them at least. Borky also seemed head over heels for Lily, the characters seem generally fond of Willow and could certainly use her if they get a sanctum up. This doesn't even touch on the bored guard Task met or other interesting characters. Honestly, it might be easier to list people The Unexpectables explicitly DON'T want to join their guild.

The problem for me too is the Twitch player doesn't work as well as TH-cam's for me either. So it's a pain to watch if my connection isn't great at the time or if Flash is acting up.

I little detail that's often overlooked about tavern brawler, it allows you to try and grapple as a bonus action after landing a strike
Watched this over the past few days and it really helped me relax after stressful days at work. You guys are doing a fantastic job, the story is always interesting and I always laugh a few times during each episode. Also, I love the characters Monty has created and voiced. (Steve is one of my favorites) Monty is doing an incredible job with all of this! Thank you all for this great series!
When it's mentioned they should "follow the snakes" I couldn't help thinking of Harry Potter and "follow the spiders". In the case of the spiders, it was revealed that a snake was behind things. So I wonder if there's a spider involved with this. Maybe an invisible web above the city that is used to draw people up and drop them or something. It could be some drow/driders or something that have tapped into their spider-god for power. Which would actually make sense for them needing to go to the Underdark.
Doesn't make 100% sense to me, but it's just a theory based on limited evidence. I'm also fairly convinced that the automatons and homunculi were made through less than clean means and that could be the storyline. A combo of the two could even be possible for not living up to some deal the drow made to animate these objects. The obsidian house could even have a passage/portal to the Underdark somehow.
Really a Chamber of Secrets like the obsidian building makes me think the Harry Potter reference may be more than a passing similarity.

Cyborg: An organic being, such as a human that has parts of its body replaced or augmented by mechanic means.
Example: Adam Jensen from Deus Ex Human Revolution or the Borg from Star Trek, collective mindset not withstanding.
Real life examples would be people with a pacemakers, hearing aids or replacement limbs.
Robot: As the name implies (it means Slave in Russian) these are only meant to serve. They only possess functions they are programmed with and can only act within that programming. They do not possess the ability to learn, thus they are not considered alive and possess neither sentience nor rights.
Example: Mega Man
Real life examples would include those programmable robot-dogs or drones.
AI: Artificial intelligence, a program capable of learning by augmenting its own routines through the use of steadily collected sensoric information. Level of intelligence is not implied, may range from feral, to human, Dragon or beyond. Thus they possess rights and are considered alive and sentient.
Example: The Geth from the Mass effect universe while they aren't controlling a mobile plattform. EDI while in control of the Normandy.
Droid: An AI bound to a specific mechanic body of various descriptions but not resembling an intelligent life form.
Example: R2-D2 (but interestingly enough, not c3-po, in fact, protocol droids in star wars are a very interesting case of argumentation, but let's not get into that right now.)
Android: An AI bound to a specific mechanic body deliberately designed to resemble and even imitate that of a intelligent life form. Most commonly humanoid (two legs, two arms, head, torso, human stature), but other known form of intelligent life are also applicable.
Humans are currently at the verge of creating primitive AI and I am worried, they may not be inclined to treat them appropriately...

Is no one gonna mention how this is basically the plot of Harry Potter chamber of secrets? A series of murders, guy gives hints because he cant tell him, tells him to follow the animal for the answers. A friend in jail being suspected of the murders needing the main cast to find the real killer.
Before I start watching this episode I just wanted to state that until it was pointed out here I was not aware that Zito was Kirbopher. And that blew my mind that someone that made some of the animations that filled my adolescence went on to work with people that fill my adulthood with entertainment.

Also ask about the sailor, two wizards involved in a project and another that made a door are somewhat connected, but I don't think he was a 'random sailor' he might have been helping one of them.
Part 5 was split into two because of technical difficulties, so it's Chapter 1, 2, 3, 4, 5a, 5b, 6, 7 and now 8.

One thing that kinda annoys me is how Task acts towards Borky and Panic in the beginning of this episode. Greckles lied to him, not the others, but he keeps referring to them as liars and ignores them...... Also for someone who is always telling people to move on with things, and for people to deal with things, he is a bit over reacting to the situation.
J Wilson I actually liked that part since I rarely see actual team conflict from most D&D campaigns I've watched. Or if there are, it isn't as engagingvas this. But that is my opinion :)
Also that it's very in character because lying or being lied to can get you and others killed, also I believe the person he is hunting lied to him thus the dragon thing happened and everyone he's ever known died.

I believe it was moretge shock of it and her likely SEEING her creator die sort of jolted it, it doesn't seem like it's happening on a large scale because of the fact that there's not a huge panic about the normally silent constructs speaking
