It was real, years ago right when the game came out. 4872, my opponent had the max trophies you could get at the time. Lucky, because ring method wasn’t known at the time. Also lucky because I was trying to make it not drain it.
LOL, this shot is so old the replay showed management as the opponent even though it was an actual player. You can tell this was early on since you can see every input whereas with today's replays they are somewhat shortened.
From where he was aiming, I doubt a 40mph wing going straight north would be able to get the ball to go that far off his target. If he indeed didn't edit the shot, then it was a glitch. I would love to see another shot of someone else hitting with the same wind or something close and watch the replay to see if their ball flight is 15 to 20 yards past their landing zone. (or however far it is from his landing zone to the pin for his shot)
A lot has changed with the game since I made that. You can tell how old it is since you can see every controller input in the replay. It was at best a fluke shot and at worst a glitch. Completely unintentional.

I'm pretty sure over striking the ball is also affected by wind speed and direction. Hitting it hard into the wind will send it farther than expected if you don't pay attention.

@@paultravis9092 if it was legit props, I've been playing since launch and never witnessed it happen. That doesn't mean it's not plausible, however the great shot with a level 6 guardian would have shot me into the right bunker. I also have terrible luck
I could very well be totally wrong about this, but if someone brand new to the game has almost 3000 trophies and is already competing in expert tournaments, with the club levels you would have after only a month of play, I find it very difficult to believe that this guy is new to the game and only been playing for a month. (IMO)
There were a lot of others at 5170 trophies at that time. 3k trophies was nothing and my club levels were on par with most others so the playing field was level. I played master tourneys as well; albeit with some horrible and decent results.

It's not fake though. Do you even know how this game works? Based on the wind, it's lined up very close to where a dunk would need to be. They were seemingly attempting to dunk from their set up... and just got lucky they didn't hit it perfect... cause they would have missed.

How many times til you got it dialed in? Dunks take practice from distance w/ wind.

Well its about a 20% downhill shot with the wind at his back plus he had some overpower so its prolly close to your 15 rings.
