Manny also has one of the belts, which Bud has said he is after all the belts. People are criticizing Bud for not wanting to fight Porter, but its smart of him because Porter has no belts, ZERO, so why take that risk. If you are the champ you fight other champions not contenders ... unless they are your mandatory fights.
