I picked up serial number 1 at Lidgett Music, a Collings dealer in Council Bluffs Iowa. It is serial number 1 of the first guitar with the humbuckers. Number 2 I was told sold. Talked to Collings today about it. Anyway what a killer guitar!
I have a SoCo, but with a solid wood top. Great sounding interment. Very nice to play. When I got it they were not adding the Bigsby. I've often thought of adding one.
