Thank God Oprah was born and despite everything she went through she followed her instincts and became Oprah. Thank God for this beautiful soul.

I relate to her soooo much. I too was molested, narc abusive mother etc. Anxiety, clinical depression in my teens. im 21 now. Still dealing with self estem issues and cant seem to detach from mt narc abusive mother and siblings. but i know ill get there. Anyone else who has been abused as a child? Hang in there....there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I promise. Humans are not scary and the only person you need to have holding your hand is yourself. God is always with you. "Figure out stuff for yourself, read Anna Karenina without having to go to her to explain it. Think for yourself." I once saw her on New Bond Street in London. I was shopping with my family and we stopped into a small gallery and popped upstairs. As I was going back down she was coming up this very narrow staircase with an enormous smile on her face. Her energy was such that I had never encountered... ever. I enjoyed watching her Incredible self- reflection in this video. It was lovely, honest and very moving. I'll watch it again.
