Great video Janice! Keep them coming! Making me hungry with the suggestions! Can you do a Bao crawl next? I've been looking for the best Bao in Sydney for both restaurant eat-in as well frozen so you can steam at home. The ones from the Asian grocery stores are pethetic, and the only decent one I've found is in the Eastwood Arcade packed by Sydney Dim Sum, but keen to know if you or your audience/friends know of any more? My favourite is the "Big" bao rather than the standard char siew.

@Janice Fung keep up the good work. Here's an idea for a video - Favourite Wontons in Sydney. I used to frequent a place in Burwood called "Canton Noodle House" that had large Cantonese style pork and prawn wontons with chunks of pork meat (not mince) and a unique flavour. Unfortunately around 2 or 3 years ago the ownership of the restaurant changed and the new owners changed the wonton recipe (or were never provided the recipe by the old owners). Since then I've been looking for something that matched this place but haven't found any that came close. Would be good if you were able to show us some of your favourite places for wontons.

I would have to disagree that 257 Home Kitchen is a good place. Despite their popularity, I find their food not up to standard when compared to restaurants in Shanghai. The only thing that is authentic is their service. Absolutely shitty service like what you get in a typical restaurant in Shanghai.
