I started to play again at September last year after like 3-4 year break and there were a lot of things new, I unlocked the Helmit yesterday and only to level him up to 1 level I used like 25% of my total resources 😢😢
@@beacon666 if you havent crafted your voidrig is all about tracking down resorces from open world areas and it took me 5 hours to obtain its also required for newwar which you cant skip really
No, youre wrong, helminth and its chair exist from even further back, when og nidus was released, but it only had two uses, remove the cyst and i think as prerequisite for raising the helmiht charger. It was in deimos that the subsumed skills became a thing.
@@Pupsker I always thought it was stupid to have that room just for those two things, with all the potential for lore and mechanics. Glad it has a use now.
He didn't mention it but you CAN remove infused abilities. For example, if I put Roar on Excalibur but am unhappy, I can remove it and put Shock on Excalibur.

Theyneed to know this is something that is done over time it will be more difficult ifvrushed, to be careful and wise with what resources they spend and when . . And you just find an ability you like to subsume that has resources you commonly get.
Haven’t played in a while and never really understood anything so im starting to learn. I squired archon crystals: nice. Have the shard segment but I can’t build it? My face when I found out I don’t have a helmith segment. Finally understand faction ranks…. I’m Neutral rank with Every faction. Slowly start to realise this will take weeks. Panik
The archon shard names are so strange, it’s like they couldn’t decide on whether to go with colours or gems so they did a mixture. Also topaz should probably be yellow and amber orange instead.
My Most favorite Helminth ability is Roar 😂. I dont farm normal Grendel for Nourish too when i heard he is the same tedious of pains grinding Sevagoth.
Nah, I'd say it's worse. Unless you can find a full party that can help you. But on the flip side, you don't need arcane energize if you have nourish subsumed.
@@Capitan_Captain I'm running with Energy nexus and Zenurik maxed so I don't need energized now plus I always do missions with Publics so I don't need to worry much.
Grendel farm is about an hour of arbitrations and an hour of difficult missions, but the difficult missions can be cheesed with a cerata as they're all corpus enemies.
@@saimyintmyat9373 the thing is, using zenurik just for energy is a huge loss in DPS compared to using madurai, and an extra mod slot on melee if you're using naramon. I suffered that farm, and I do have arcane energize, but the skill is so damn good, that I regret nothing.
This is endgame stuff it'll be a hundred or so hours down the road, your main goal in the beginning is just to find some frames and weapons you like, level up a bunch of stuff and work on completing the start chart 🤘🏻
Wish you would go deeper or at least mention how to get each material used for the helminth segments. Otherwise this is just a tour of the feature and not a guide to unlock.

I've had my helminth since release, but my son just started playing and wants one. Those purple velocipods...I love the change to tranq rifles (showing direction to creatures in range with an arrow, as well as the beeping and hightlighting it already had, not sure when that was done) but it doesnt appear to recognise the velocipods.
You can remove shards but it costs bile resources. The non-reversible thing is when you combine shards to make the new colors. Once you make a green shard (for instance) you can’t split them back up again.
It sucks as it isn't like other open worlds where you can do wildlife conservation as an effective farm. But one thing I can suggest is after you run bounties, convert your tokens to Grandmother tokens as they give 1500 standing instead 100 from mother token. ( trades are usually like 10 MT for 1GT). Not the best way but I hope this slightly reduces grind for you.
@@atwarroyal8770 just Spam Vault 3 and High lvl bounty then boom after a week you are almost maxed ranks on Her. I maxed in Diemos before I did in Cetus.
Bounties is fastest, but I get tired of doing them.. sometimes I just hunt animals, if you can use the archwing just equip tranq rifle and fly around until you find some, you can also do the obelisk thingies cause they give rare resources that usually drop from fishing and mining, I think those tasks are a nice break from doing bounties and you still get some tokens, son tokens give 500 standing instead of 100

I came back after over 1 year, when deimos was release, helminth was locked behind MR 15 but rank 3 syndicate, right now I started a new account (my main is mr 17 but i said why should I not start anew and learn everything again) and the helminth is locked by rank 5 syndicate rn but mr 8 which i think overall is better, as reaching mr 15 is harder (takes more time) than rank 5 syndicate with the family I believe but idk
Not sure if DE changed something since this video came out, but for me Khal and his missions where not on Earth - Iron Wake but on Eart - Drifter Camp. This caused some confusion for me when trying to farm my first archon shard. Great video otherwise! Edit: Oh one more thing, apparently they completely removed the archon shard for sale from this and moved it to netracells. So this part of the Video is completely outdated by now.

Then ended up in the chair and got stabbed on one side of the neck then it kicked me out the seat. Ive been so confued what it done or does and this is the first ive found while looking as i didnt know a name. Im new to the game. But this video says its later in the game. I now also cant get back in the room. Was it a bug ? Or something else ?? Did i miss something ?? Any help appreciated
It was the original use for the chair, you would get a cyst on your neck from fighting infested I think and you could get rid of it with the chair, it's only use was for getting an infested companion I think
You can also get the cysts from being in a team that one of the frames have one, at least it used to work like that. Also you will need the cyst to make your own helminth charger

Nidus is the only Warframe who doesn't need a cyst to get into the helminth room before you get the segment.

Do the bounties to get mother tokens and then go to grandmother and trade them in for standing

invigoration is the second upgrade segment that you buy from son in the necralisk, the one that requires max standing with the faction.

If you hover over the 'Rank' it will tell you how it gains XP.
