- Hey y'all! I know it's been awhile but I'm back with another small business vlog! Work along with me today while I'm prepping some inventory to restock my booth at the local store I sell my products at. I'll be making and decorating some car freshies, sublimating kitchen towels, packaging orders, and then restocking the my booth! Also covering where I've been, what's new and some upcoming changes!

What about a subscription kit? I think I've seen some other crafters (Katie Carson at Royalty Soap, for instance) who do a monthly club order where folks who make a craft like your freshies can get fun new supplies like molds or designs or beads? So kind of like a starter kit but for those who are already into the craft?

& sure, I can create a digital download on my site for y'all (a free one) for the warning label on the back (just need to take my social media handles off- I'm sure you guys don't want my stuff on your freshies lol) but the front label is just the scent and my website so I won't do those since we're not all using the same scent names and I'd have to do like 100+ with all the different scents out there. But I'll definitely put the warning label up-so just be on the look out on my site.

@@CreativelyErica That would be perfect. I am spending more money than I would like to be on preprinted scent labels that I have to write in the scent. I just felt like your print scent labels looked much more professional.
@Crissyscraftsandgiftbaskets okay awesome I'll work on that for ya! Totally understand, do you have a thermal label printer? Highly recommend if not, I use it to print 99% of my small biz stuff, labels are cheap too and you can choose from different colors as well 👍
So glad ur feeling better. I hear ya about the dentist. I had an extremely traumatic experience when I was a kid. Literally had a dentist (who shouldn't have ever been a pediatric dentist in the first place) hurt me while he was taking care of some cavities. He was drilling way too hard and I started crying from the pain and he started yelling at me to stop crying. Said I wouldn't get a toy from the toy box. Now you know to us kids that's is devastating. That's telling us we were being bad and don't deserve a treat for being a good little patient. So then when I started to cry even more...he smacked me hard across the face. Turns out I wasn't the only kid he did that to. There were a total of 8 of us kids he yelled at and smacked...so he lost his license. But in the mean time I have Hella crazy PTSD as an adult that I don't like anyone near my teeth. But like you, I had issues with my wisdom teeth, only 2 wisdom teeth ever came in and both were infected and had cavities. I actually took care of the infection myself and when I could no longer handle the pain...I went to the dentist and had them removed, I was 38 at the time. I am now 51 and have found a wonderful dentist whom I trust completely. So glad u are doing better and are at it again. I miss your vlogs and seeing all the new things you come up with. Hopefully 2024 will be better for all of us. 💜🩵🩷

@@CreativelyErica Right? Unless u go thru something similar...its hard to understand, not liking the dentist.... but at least ur pain is over, and ur feeling better. I hope u find a dentist you trust and feel comfy with. My lady is so patient with me and so understanding. Talks to me thru everything and ensures I am doing OK. Wish I had her sooner. As for your business, I love the way you have your market stall setup. Hopefully, you are able to figure out what you wanna do with the Freshies going forward. Whatever it may be... I'm sure will be amazing. 😁
Do you make your own freshie silicone molds? How do you make those?
What type puff paint is that?
Do you always cook for 18 minutes?
Most of my silicone molds (might add a few extra minutes for larger/thicker molds). Cookie cutter freshies I do for about 14 minutes though.
