fuck man, you tensioner plate is stripped hard .... nice to see you got all that off man, I fucked up my bolt and shredded 2 teeth but I think it should sit ok until I get a replacement... but yeh really nice cowbody video man,,, respect 100!
That sensor thing isn't a crank position sensor man it's connected to the old OBD sorta setup thing on that main plug for it... It's just some nonsense, ignore it man!

The pulleys are not aligning
