- It can be tempting to use simple past tense in place of present perfect tense. It’s important that we don’t. In this video, we’ll look at why present perfect is important, how we form it, and five situations it's used.

I have learned how to use this tense.
I haven't finished my homework
I have studied english today
I have drunk my water for 25"
I have grown 2 cm today
I have been in hospital b\c i have some tension
That was perfect 💯

Well done in explaining this rule 👏🔥
Thank you I got it now whaoooo
I hope you did wrong in question.[2]
Should be like this.
She has gone to Italy twice this year.
We use "She has been to Italy" to say that she has visited Italy and have already returned. "She has gone to Italy" is also correct, but it implies that the person is currently in Italy or has not yet returned.

Extremely confusing. I have been speaking English for years, i still cannot perfectly control the language. I don't even understand the point of multiple types of past. I forgot or i have forgotten? He left or he has left? Best i ever saw or i have ever seen? That's the last thing i need to crack in the English language and it's extremely difficult. All the explanations i ever get, even in this video are NOT helpful. I am starting to believe there is no correct way, use as you please because all the explanations make no sense. Still waiting for a good teacher to actually, for real explain it to me. All the explanations you give in the video are VERY simple. No video ever goes into detail. And after talking English for 15 years i am not patient enough to watch your videos and videos after videos, i am literally waiting for an explanation once and for all. Cut those long sentances in half and use just the first half and let's see how that works cause that's how people talk. Without: so far, this year, yet and so on. Explain that.
damn. i thought english is supposed to be easy.
