LA Freeways - Cajon Pass to Los Angeles - 91 Freeway

Drivelapse video of several freeways in the Los Angeles area starting on Interstate 15 through Cajon Pass, then following Interstate 215 through San Bernardino and Riverside, continuing westerly along Route 91, the Riverside Freeway westerly through Orange County before finishing along Interstate 5 north in Los Angeles County.

Fantastic video. I didn't know that Los Angeles had such amazing topography. Especially Cajon Pass at the start, that view makes it feel like you're in the Swiss Alps, not about to enter LA!

The Los Angeles area is indeed very mountainous. Pretty much all of the flat land is inhabited within an hour of the coast.

I am enjoying the scenery from mountains to LA suburb and
the weather from rain, cloudy to fine.
I feel among the LA freeway networks
this route looks modern and up-to-date.
Seeing this video I wonder that Caltrans posts "HOV 2+ Only"
instead of "Carpools Only" and the idea of Express/HOT
lane is very interesting for me(I'm Japanese).

Thanks for the comment. HOV 2+ Only is how new signs are indicated, the term "Carpool Lane" for an HOV lane has been officially phased out.

CA 91 sure is a busy freeway in Greater L.A. which connects the center of the Inland Empire, then through Orange County, and then to southern L.A. County. Also, I love the express toll lanes linking Orange and Riverside Counties.

•15 and 215 from Cajon Pass to San Bernardino: US 66/US 91/US 395
•215 from San Bernardino to Riverside: US 91/US 395
•91 from Riverside to Anaheim: US 91
•5 from Anaheim to L.A.: US 101
