Looks like a test for house painters....where's the test for bridges, water tanks, towers etc.. If you come to one of my Industrial projects and claim to be a journeyman simply because you passed this test...I will send you home. Real experience = Real journeyman.

So you're not willing to let a union journeyman painter learn how to paint a water tank ? That makes no sense. And its definitely not rocket science.

We don't take a test in R.I. You just need the class hours and field hours.

This is the worst representation of explaining what needs to be done to be accepted in a UNION painting environment I think I have ever seen. Your explanations are delivered in such a way that YOU do not know what you are talking about.
If you can not explain it simply, you have no idea what you are talking about.
