I am impressed by the temerity of these Gen-Zs . They claim that their leader and guiding principle is the constitution, showcasing a strong sense of resolve and unity in their decision-making process.
It appears that they are able to reach consensus on various issues quickly, without any conflicts of interest.
These are individuals who, at a young age, witnessed the electoral injustices and violence that marred the 2007 elections. They also experienced the digitally aided electoral fraud in 2013, as well as in the subsequent elections of 2017, 2018, and 2022. This generation has seen their older siblings graduate from school only to struggle with unemployment. Their parents have been disillusioned by widespread corruption and unfulfilled promises during election seasons.
Despite these challenges, the Generation Z individuals are well-educated, well-informed, technologically adept, and full of energy.
They have some picked money from parents and no family responsibilities weighing them down.
They are a force to be reckoned with, and if President Ruto manages to withstand their onslaught, I predict that he will only serve one term as president, only confined to the walls of Statehouse because of mass rejection and lost Legitimacy
