There's not like, blackface or super super overt racism or anything like that (some of the cartoons early on in the title sequence are also pretty questionable...), but you can definitely tell at times that it was made more than thirty years ago because some of the things said are not ones that would be great for kids to repeat today. That said, so long as a parent brings that up with a child to make sure they know what isn't okay anymore, shouldn't really be an issue. The sense of fun and adventure has aged quite well, and if I had kids, I'd still happily show them this movie.
