Alright, cracking rear subframe, cracking shock towers, VANOS problems and controversial SMG transmission.
I'm sure that the car in the video doesn't have problems (other than the shopping cart ding on the door which may be fixed by now), but in the real world be careful. The greatest E46, however, is the CSL version with the carbon-fiber roof and intake.

E60 m5 is nice to look at. But no one wants it since its poorly engineered.
What is missing is E9 3.0CSL,

@415jaypee if you say e34 m5 is trash then you clearly dont know anything about bmws,the reason why its not in the collection is that it doesnt have any raceing history to it,and its not very fast,has a familiar engine to the m1 right there,alot more reliable car than the new garbage e60 and so on overcomplicated new cars, e34 m5 and m535 e12 is clearly missing and 2002 would be also nice
E34 is probably the most reliable bmw built.

Legends...but no BMW or even general car collection is truly complete without the LEGENDARY V10. Best sounding and emotionally stimulating BMW engine ever. E60 M5 is a truly incredible machine.

Beautiful collection, Eric! Thanks for sharing the video. I’m sure you’ll remedy it before someone purchases the collection, but the blue and cinnamon E46 appears to have a ding in the passenger door if my eyes aren’t failing me.
Jason H - this Interlagos Blue M3 Comp arrived from the previous owner EAG sold it to in 2010 just before the photoshoot and is in “arrival condition”. Any and all imperfections will be removed as this M3 completes the EAG Rejuvenation Program.

Lovely collection Wow. I have 3 BMWs a 1988 635csi silhouette Motorsport, an E46 M3 manual and an E60 530i Motorsport. I had an E30 325iS which is quite rare and an E22 323i (loved this car)

e38 7 series are very legendary mafia cars too, ive owned two of them both 2001 and i miss them so much.
I locked my only key in my e39 trunk on accident. Tried to figure out how to open the backseats to no avail (bmw used the rear seats as chassis rigidity on the sport pack with no pass through) . Then I realized why the e39 e38 were successful mobster cars, once the trunk shuts you ain't getting out lol

Drooling over your Collection. I have e36 but id love to get either Turbo or Tii 2002 in the future and if I hit the find myself winning the lottery, id take both.
Also saw a lightweight orig. e36 in CT a little bit ago for sale. Maybe Get it, sell it and make it 31 Lightweights sold.

Hey. I'm 16 and I currently own a clean e46 M3. I wasn't lucky enough to find a Interlagos blue+cinnamon+manual+competition M3 so i just settled for a stealthy all black car (manual+comp. pack). I really appreciate it if you could save that car for another 20 years when I can afford one with that low of milage and amazing spec.

Unfortunately you can't have the rarest e30 325is and 333I the unicorns of E30s but can only be found in South Africa only but none is for sale the only ones known are in BMW SA collection

Hello Eric, could you please explain what the performance pack on the Z8 exactly was? All 3 point seemed strange to me because thats how the Z8 is. You mentioned straight lines, clear headlights and clear dash - how are they different? I don't see any difference from all Z8s, I hope you'd clarify for me. Thanks!
Hello Kolokolok - The Z8s have several things the educated buyer should be aware of before making a purchase. The frame rails can twist inward when going over large undulations in the roadway, thus BMW released a frame reinforcement package dubbed the "Performance Package". The headlights are known to get foggy over time and the leather dashboards can wrinkle when the glue starts to let go. I did notice some fogging in Z8s headlights before but didn't know it was eventually mitigated by BMW, but I was totally unaware of the frame and interior problems you mentioned them. I do trust your judgement very much with regards to BMWs. I live in Dubai and here, our system is metric; have you ever had the chance of working on an imported European car only to be ship it back to where it came from or to another country? I'm thinking of importing euro cars but I do wish to ship them to your facility for major services/overhauls. The 2 cars especially in question are Z8 and E30 M3. I'll be looking forward to acquiring those 2 with the lowest mileage possible in the upcoming months, but as I'm sure you know, low mileage isn't always good unless the car is serviced thoroughly well to bring it back to life. Let me know and, again, thank you very much for your reply! =)
