For 72 hours, Johnnie Guilbert and I will ride the amtrak chief from los angeles, California, Stopped in chicago, Illinois, Then Arriving at New York City, New york. We Bought a sleeper which comes with 2 beds! Can we survive this train across the entire country? Will it be luxurious? Big? Small? Cheap? Lets find out on this scenic train adventure

I have taken that exact train from OC to Chicago with my mom. We didn't have a private room but it was honestly an experience I STILL remember fondly and it was like 10 years ago. The food.....while I can't remember how it tasted I STILL remember that it was legit some of the best food I have ever had. I still have pictures from that trip. My mom passed away so I treasure the memory so much. Your second train kinda reminds me of a horrid Greyhound bus experience I had going from NYC to Kansas City.

6:11 I feel you Johnnie. I once been on a train for 13 hours during the night and I slept for like 2 hours in total. The next day we went to my auntie's house to leave our things there and went straight to the city. By the time we were comming back I was literally falling asleep while standing

This really is what it’s like traveling a long distance. It starts off really nice and your experiencing new things but it’s definitely draining on the body and mind. I’m glad you had a good time. It will be cool too see some vlogs/ streams of y’all in New York. But overall sick vid. ❤

I took a train from Georgia to Connecticut and it was the absolute worst life choice I’ve ever made! I rode 24 hours, got stuck like you did for hours and missed my connection train. It was pure HELL!! I respect you for going cross country.
Going up the east coast isn’t fun, but the cross country trip is nicer, and actually sometimes cheaper than just a trip on the east coast
